Pardon me for not knowing exactly what I have to do and exactly what I can and cannot do to ship my packages. How is anyone supposed to know that the government won't let you use their tape and that you have to use specific envelopes for certain things. There are so many more pleasant ways to address these issues and I just feel like being condescending and rude are not the best ways of doing this job. Seriously everyone should start paying extra to return things at UPS because they are all great people who provide great service.

*Would be a 1 star review but normally this is a great post office…read more I always have gotten my mail from this post office, have also requested mail to be set aside so I can pick it up in person. Today I called to do that and was greeted by a man (it's usually a woman) and he told me that he couldn't do that. It specifically states on USPS website that this is totally allowed. He stated something about a check when I was just wanted my mail held to pickup there. I don't pay my taxes for him to not do his job. He is making this post office look bad, and is unnecessarily holding me up because of some "check" that's on his mind.

That would be all post offices in fact. In comparison, Mars post office has counter people who are quick, courteous, helpful, and pleasant. You read that right. In fact, I will go out of my way to avoid all other post offices even if they are closer just to come here. No standing in long lines, no dealing with contentious people, no aggravation. I know. Hard to believe. However, I think you readers should just keep going to your own post office and try to be patient and understanding. Perhaps you'll be there on that day that service improves. You'll be able to tell that to your grandchildren.

I have one issue here: an outlandish charge of $1 per page (I needed 5 B&W pages consisting only of text to be printed). The receipt (shown below) shows the printing services rung up as "postage/miscellaneous." And I would think there should be an itemized charge on the receipt specifically for printing. Doesn't seem ethical or reasonable, especially given the surrounding area as well as prices of things in general around here. I got the pages printed first then had to leave the store to get something and came back to get the notarizing done. He told me he would charge me for the printouts after I came back and now I question why he did that. I wish I had gone to FedEx or UPS for printing services (prices for FedEx shown below from the FedEx site). The way to make this right and change my review would be a refund for what was actually provided. Otherwise, I chose 2 stars for Yelp's category of "Could've been better."
