I gave the clerk the information to the person I was shipping it to and for, but the clerk insisted on taking my name and not the person of the name that I expressed it should be in. The clerk also typed in the wrong address and I was not aware of this until I put in my original complaint: Clerk charged me 145.00 for air/overnight shipping other wise it would have taken 3-5 business days for $15.00. Well the package did not arrive until 3-5 business days later. When I made a complaint to the store I was told by Lisa the manager that she would look int to the issue, Lisa did go ahead and filed a complaint with UPS to refund me the difference of air shipping, but did not bother reaching out to me to verify any of the mailing information, and also put the request in under the wrong name. I have yet to receive a refund almost 2 months later. Every time I speak or reach out to Lisa, she refuses to help and says just contact the post office instead of accepting that she mismanaged the process, by not reaching out to me and getting clarification on the mailing address or the addressee. She has given me wrong phone numbers for the claims department and refuses to help. This is not a person I would want managing my store, since good customer service is most important to any business. One customer had difficulty with machine she was immediately helpful and boom line is two gentleman ahead of me quickly was finished my turn I was trying to return a package to Amazon asked if I had a return label and asked if I had Amazon on my phone. Quick trip to car and returned with phone. After a few seconds my ineptitude she politely asked for the phone A few seconds later the package is ready for return and I have a receipt. I felt so wonderful that this process was expedited and the lady was so helpful to this very Senior customer

"It's a scam!" They claim to be a Fed Ex affiliate but they are a subcontractor to FedEx. That…read moremeans they can charge whatever they want and there is no set price. For example,it cost 200 dollars to send a car computer part to California, but the company sending the part back using FedEx office (an official drop off center) charged me 77 dollars for the exact same service back! Stay away! Use the Albany drop off center- quicker and cheaper. Also the UPS depot in Kingston is much cheaper. Stay away!
