They do have a Kios you can use for stamps and shipping labels. The lobby is also open 24 hours with a package drop off bin. To be frank people can do most of their USPS needs online or at the self Kios. Sure the clerks at times are grumpy but you deal with animated Seniors all day or people who don't know how to pack items to mail.

They also have boxes and stuff that you can buy when you need a box to ship your item. They have all your shipping needs covered. The people working behind the counter is always nice and very friendly and genuinely want to help you with mailing out your package. I usually drop my Fedex packages here when something needs to be shipped by Fedex. The wait time was no longer than a few minutes. You are in and out of there fast! Also its not hard to miss, just look for that neon led sign that's outside of establishment. Also tons of parking in the front. For the many times I went, i never had a issue with parking. Great company, frriendly and amazing people and its the best one stop shop for all your shipping needs I have come across since moving to WNY.

And what makes our little post office exceptional are the people that work there. Every time I have ever needed to ship something out - I tend to leave UPS and FEDEX for other folks and I head right to my little post office down the street. I know that they will find the best way possible for my package at the very best price. Most of the time beating out the cost of the other two already mentioned. They have gone out of their way to take care of my shipping needs and they carry everything at the location I've ever needed. So - they are well stocked - professional and friendly and their hours I have found to be as good or better then most. I cannot find any issues with this location and that includes parking just feet away from the door and yes - they take credit cards too!

A charge bill payment and electric bill payment, both mailed together in OP on the same day, did not get to their destinations. I only found out when the electric co. sent a notice to turn off my power and the Visa co. charged me interest. 2. Three separate checks were sent together on the same day and not one of them got to their destination. 3. This month an obvious birthday card with lottery tickets inside was mailed inside the OP post office. It hasn't been seen since. 4. Another card with lottery tix was sent this month and also disappeared. I now have to send special cards in the large cardboard envelopes which can be tracked. Cost more for postage than the card is worth. Ridiculous!! Thieves in the post office and nobody seems to care.

This may come as a complete surprise to you, but The UPS Store isn't "Unwanted Parcels and Stuff"…read morethat goes back to Amazon. They were around long before Amazon's free returns. And God bless 'em, these people probably spend half (or more) of their day processing the pants that were too big or the purse you decided you didn't want. The staff at the South Park Ave store has always been friendly and cheerful even when the line is a bit long and the customers are less than happy. They are also pretty efficient, so a long line never takes as long as you might think from first look. Only one time did I have a less than 5-star experience at the store, and it really worked out okay in the end, so I'm not docking them. I believe I was working with a new employee who charged me for packaging materials that were not used. The recipient sent me a picture of the box after it was opened and there was literally NO packing materials inside. Fortunately the item I sent was not damaged in shipment, so it turned out okay. However, I showed the picture to the manager and asked for a refund of the packing materials. He actually refunded the cost of shipping, too. In my opinion, that was more than he needed to do, and he apologized several times in the process. An added tip if you do a lot of shipping - join a third party site like Pirate Ship and you can save a small percentage on the cost of shipping, print your label at home, and drop it off at the UPS store for them to mail out. It saves you time and a buck or two.
