Every time myself or my fiancé have gone there, the person at the counter is extremely rude. We are understanding that it is one person helping a line of people. That is not their fault for how long it takes. However I said I am picking up a package and I have the tracking number. She said "well why would it be here?" Ma'am because we got an email saying we would have to sign for it and it was at the post office. I explained I had the tracking number and any other information needed to be as accommodating as possible but the rudeness is unacceptable. Ashely saved the day for us this past winter in correcting mistakes and getting our Premium Forwarding mail to us when the system had failed. She derserves the greatest of praise and we thank her sincerely. We had scheduled Premium Forwarding on line starting in mid January and also put a yellow card in our mail box at 7779 Glenover Dr to hold the mail starting Jan 9 until Premium Forwarding was to start. However the carrier continued to deliver the mail into our 7779 box until a neighbor called and said our box was running over. We had our daughter pick up our mail and send to us. I called and was fortunate to get Ashley on the phone. She understood the situation and made corrections to stop delivery to 7779 and start Premium Forwarding. She corrected the overcharges for Forwarding even when there was nothing to forward. We certainly hope she will be there next winter to assist us in obtaining this Premium Forwarding without the problems of the past. read more

No excuse for this.. This may be hands down the absolute worst post office in the tri state area if not even farther. There are absolutely no possible valid excuses for just how bad this branch is. Say incorrect information at The desk which only serves to confuse, mislead, stress out over charge or arbitrarily unnecessary steps for seemingly no other reason than a person satisfaction in watching people jump thrl unnecessary steps. if you have an issue they don't have any answers and tell you that you can call the one customer service line and that there are absolutely no other numbers or options available. yet when I call the number it either hangs up on me or the option im calling for isnt part of their automated list. just put a person on the phone. only way to get a live person on the phone is with a valid tracking number, what if status isnt availabl? or youre not calling about a tracking number? they just hang up on you. somebody needs to clean hiuse here and start over. read more

Sent out wedding invitations to later have them found on the road a few blocks from the post office. Thankfully, someone found them and tracked us down via facebook. Was it a fault of the post office? Very likely. After bringing the damaged invitations in to the post office, the manager could not have been less accommodating. It's understood that they may not be able to help on the back end, even if it was their fault. That said, the customer service was beyond disappointing. All the manager was apologetic about was the fact that he was having a hard day at the office. read more

The post office is ridiculously expensive these days. On a recent visit, it cost more to ship the item than the item itself. I found myself looking for a coupon or check in offer(they don't exist). While I was there one of the cashiers was cursed out by a customer. I felt bad for her until she told me my 2 lb package would cost $22.! Then they tried to make me pay for tape. I honestly think everyone that works for the postal service is a little "special". All the rain, sleet and snow must really be messing with their heads. You HAVE to be crazy telling me these ridiculous prices with a straight face. If that wasn't enough they told me my package wouldn't arrive for two weeks? How do you say let down in Vietnamese? I like this post office so much I drive past two others to go here instead. It is always easy to find a close parking spot and they have a big lobby where I can spread out and address my packages and no one makes me feel rushed. There are never more than 2-3 people in line because they have adequate staffing. When you get up to the counter, the staff are very friendly and helpful and take their time to make sure you are happy, unlike other governmental jobs. One time, one of the employess was trying to close but waited patiently for me to finish addressing my packages and helped me to finish sooner. She didn't even make me feel bad which I am usually sensitive to! One of the best post offices I have ever been to. read more

While the post office isn't my favorite errand to run (or yours either I'm sure), the folks working at this branch are SUPER helpful. Erica just bent over backwards to get a rogue package on my doorstep, which I really appreciated since I needed the items for an upcoming trip. (Note: this package was coming from a hub so it wasn't even their fault it got held up to begin with.) You're lucky if this is your local branch. :) read more

I had the best experience I've ever had at a post office at this location. There was no line, it was nicely air conditioned, the space is huge and the mail clerk was extremely friendly. She wasn't overly chatty but definitely made me feel comfortable and was just so helpful. A couple of people came in after me and I overheard her being just as friendly to them too. I can't believe how great I felt after walking out of the post office! I will always come to this location because seriously every other one in Cincinnati is a nightmare. read more

This post office is pretty sub-par. The employees aren't very friendly or helpful, and there's not even an automated postal machine. Once when I shipped a priority package from the Silverton Post Office, they even ripped me off. I only found out from the Blue Ash Post Office that it would have been cheaper to use a flat rate box. Just as all locations, slow inefficient and loooong waits. Have your credit cards signed on the back or the gestapo will not do business with you. Also, bring a chair for your wait and maybe some headphones so you don't have to hear all of the complaints prior to your inevitable complaint too. Can't wait to see this company go out of business. This USPS is horrible. The carriers lost the key to my building which only the postal service has access. They did not notify me until 5 days later that my key was missing and only then was it written on a piece of mail they left on my doorstep. The level of customer service is dismal. After 2 attempts in person to speak to Manager at the branch not one person has apologized or offered any suggestions on what they should do. The personnel just keeps saying that we need you to provide us with another key. I asked if they investigated and they act clueless as if it is of little concern. This postal branch is the worst branch and has been going down for the last 6 years. read more

This is the worse po (post office) Ive ever been to. There's always 10 to 20 people in line, 1 customer service rep who purposely takes 20 min per customer, and Even if its 1 person ahead of you like there was on yesterday when i went i still waited in line 20 min. I have never ever in 10 yrs been able to go into this post office and walk right out of it like I do In Nor wood, Avon dale, and Downtown. I know Postal Service was cut back some time ago, but this is ridiculous!! Its good to not rush the customer and to be customer service friendly but there should be a time limit and a cut off on the slow, sweet talk and the turtle movement when there are 10 customers in line hanging out of the door. I HATE THIS LOCATION! I work for Hamilton County as a Case manager and even though I service the public I will get my A** chewed out for sitting with one consumer from 9am until 945am while i have 15 other app ts and walk ins to attend to that are waiting before the end of my work day. I know Postal workers are different and they have a system where they can just about pull anything off, but where I am from its Customer service friendly, meet the consumers needs Timely, address any barriers and KEEP IT MOVIN!!! One customer service rep is just not getting it who purposely waits on ea customer and talks to ea person like 3rd grader is just not a the way a typical business should be ran, I swear there was a girl at the counter with all blue on and it took the customer service rep 13 min from the time i got in line to weigh, and talk turtle talk to her , not counting the time i hadn't gotten in line so all together the guy ahead of me mite have been waiting for 10 min before the 13 min i stood behind him starring straight into the yes of the customer service rep. Downtown Workers at the Post Office are quick fast and efficient. They have no time to Bull sh** around due to high volume and the location. They are very professional and every customer is in and out within 10 min, there is no way I should have to spend an entire lunch break in line at a Freaking post office. PLEASE CLOSE THIS BRANCH! The Carrier is always putting down attempted delivery when they haven't even made an attempt yet. I've dealt with crappy carriers before so I know to always keep an eye on my packages. They don't normally show up till afternoon sometimes almost evening, so why put down attempted delivery in the morning. I use to work for Fedex so I know it can be stressful but if you dont want to do the work then find a new job. It looks bad on you and your store if you do a half ass job. Sadly if its the same carrier as before I had the same issue. I even got my pregnant ass up and helped her because she refuses to delivery it said it was "heavy" when I was able to lift it over my head with ease. All it was, was a a bulky box that wasn't heavy. At least the management is trying to help, since the one before hand didn't care. I hope they fix this place up, I hate when amazon and walmart switch from fedex to USPS because of this. It makes me want to pick my own stuff up. read more
