Hours are limited. Location? Well there's only one, but you're on an island, so you have to keep your expectations realistic, which leads me to my next point... 5-stars for taking me back down nostalgia lane where life was simple, everyone knew your name, you enjoyed the routine of life and the slower pace that accompanied. And you get all of this from stopping at the post office. While you're there, say hello to the officer on duty that day. When he's not out patrolling (and I passed by the sheriff's car twice today already), he's in the attached building beside the post office. Oh, and while you're at it, you can greet the island treasurer, tax collector, and other council people as they also do their business in the same building. You want warm and cozy to go with your postal service? Come get it all here!

I find it's easy to pick up a conversation while you wait with others in line, and they are efficient. Two new guys in training, but they too have the right groove. If you need to mail something, it's worth a stop!
