I wish I had never experienced or even encountered this person. This person should have been fired a long time ago, along with the hiring manager or the leading supervisor. I don't understand or know if she is the supervisor. This is not an isolated incident; several other residents and customers have reported similar experiences of verbal abuse from the same staff. This woman!. She isn't a good person, and she isn't the right fit for the company. This behavior is a direct violation of federal standards and is creating a hostile atmosphere for our local community. This place should be investigated for everything because it is the worst post office in the five boroughs. Very bad and extremely slow service, and extremely bad customer service. Please do better. Such language creates a hostile environment and fails to reflect favorably upon the Postal Service as required by ELM Section 665.16.
