When I tracked it, they reported a problem with the address. After it sat in a warehouse in a nearby city in Thailand for several days, I went back to the UPS Store. I thought I knew what the issue was and told the guy there, and he said he'd call it in to UPS over there. Well he did, and it turned out that the problem was different from what I thought. Rather than leaving it at that, the guy called me back, explained what he had learned, and I gave him all the information I had available regarding where my son is living, and he said he would call them back. I never heard from him again, but after the holiday weekend it was delivered. It may not sound like much, but the document was really important, and the customer service went above and beyond.

(They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming.
