I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. Used them to clean up from a sewer line break under a toilet on slab into a crawl space. They…read morewanted to pump the waste into that toilet which would have just put it back into the crawl space! They were surprised when I told them they had to use the outside sewer clean out. After they were "done" they said they would come back after the line was fixed to do residual clean up. My plumber came in to fix the line and said there was still a LOT of sewage in the crawl space. He did get the work completed, although he charged me extra to run a sump pump, do some clean out, and put down plastic. When he was done fixing the sewer pipe, he covered the toilet flange securely with duct tape before replacing the concrete. He said keep it covered until he comes back to reset the toilet after the flooring is complete. When the workers from ServPro came back they uncovered the toilet flange to pump the liquid into. When they were done, they thought it was ok to stuff paper towels into the hole to cover it!!! When I said that I wanted it recovered the way my plumber left it they conveniently were able to supply a line plug to cover it. Why didn't they do that in the first place.1 star because at least they finally got the sewage out and I'm done with them.
