I was a regular customer here using their printing service which is $1 for every page printed. I…read morecreate and pay for my own shipping labels for my small business and only need them printed. However, the manager wanted to over charge me for EVERY ONE of my own labels on EACH page. They have never done this before, and i've been using their printing service for the past several months. I have always only paid for just the # of prints/pages. He said it was for "processing". I told him I will drop them off & mail them myself. I should only be paying for the NUMBER of pages i'm printing not for WHAT i'm printing. He grabbed all my prints and said kept saying "this doesn't seem to be working out" unwilling to explain the extra charges and was attempting to throw them all in trash. He then says "You're arguing over 2 dollars?". He purposefully wanted to over-charge me for their printing service! It should have been $3 for 3 printed pages. They don't care about their customers or even their regular customers like I was. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! They also aren't very friendly most times either. All the other times they only charged for the # of pages i've printed. The same manager even helped me once before and never did this to me. So this makes no sense!!! Im only printing not having them "processed"?! Not to mention the guy who started my transaction decided it was time to clock out and started saying bye to his coworkers/left mid-transaction without saying anything to me before this manager who was nearby took over. I worked retail and this was considered rude and you must always completely finish helping your customer before leaving even if it's your time to clock out for the day. Clearly they don't value their customers. DO NOT give them business!! Unprofessional customer service!!

I called the Aztec P.O. because I knew it had just been dropped off. We want to personally thank Lisa for coming to our address with a lot of keys. Well Praise God. they were put in the wrong mailbox. She will repremand the mail carrier for making this terrible mistake. I have lost things in the past But we just THANK this lady for doing her job correctly and helping us find it. She should be commended Thank you again Lisa!! In the past we've lost family pictures that were never found and the people we dealt with just didn't care. To these people your feedback or even your voice in general is an inconvenience to them. Both of thsee employees were in a rush to hurry up and get me off the phone. I used Informed daily mail and the e-mails are always spot on. I get the e-mail of what is coming to my home and then it appears accurately every time. Today was a different situation. Neither one of these employees wanted to contact the carrier or help me resolve this issue in anyway. Poor service. Poor heart conditions.

Told me I couldn't download the form and that they where not connected to the USPS online. Told me that I had to update my info because I had been using my box for ten years. I found a small window of time to get in there in person witch was an Inconvenience because they close at 4pm. Then when they gave my mail to me they held some packages back. I went in about 3:50pm and the packages they kept became available at 4:01pm. They close at 4pm I didn't even have a chance to get out of the building. It's is obvious retaliation very unprofessional and borderline Illegal.

I dropped off some packeges this week and was scolded by the woman at the counter because we "jammed up the box" outside by mistakenly dropping a package into it over the weekend. Perhaps adding other drop box outside would be helpful since gets full and "jams up" so quickly. I spend a lot of money with the post office, I'm not unpleasant to them and do try to understand and respect their procedure, and I will certainly never put anything in the outside drop box again in case someone else needs the space in the there. I won't visit this location again, unfortunately. Apparently the USPS does not take pride in costumer service skills in their employees. To work at the counter, it's best to be rude and talk to people like they're stupid.
