We are staying at Bryce Canyon City for the month and need to drive the twenty miles to Panguitch…read moreto pick up our mail (the mail is addressed to Bryce Canyon City but is kept here.) the first time I came in we inquired about mail and the lady went and checked. We then asked about a package we were expecting and she went and checked in a different area. Since then we've come by every few days asking about mail and packages. Today we were wondering about overdue mail and checked in again. When we mentioned mail this same lady informed us they would only give us packages but not mail. "What do you do with it" we asked. "We send it back" she responds. So that's where our mail has been going. Oh yeah, she states they'd have kept it for us if there was a PO Box number. No masks worn, no distancing, but there is a plastic barrier.

We went here when we were staying in Cedar City to drop off some postcards. It was easy to find,…read moreplenty of parking, and it was bright/nicely lit, clean and the most organized Post Office in Cedar City. It is a fairly new Post Office. I had already purchased stamps so I did not interact with anyone behind the counter. I did notice that the workers seemed to be moving the line along quickly.

I moved here and at my place i keep getting previous residents mail, so i went to the post office…read moreand asked/told them I'm the only resident and could they please stop delivering their mail...it continued so I asked the mailman and yet it continued, i put my name on mail box lid and yet it still continues so at this point I'm just frustrated and the mail service here just sucks and they dont do their job obviously bc we are 6 months into it...DO YOUR JOB!!
