I live in New York and was in desperate need of saving my sheepskin carpet that had dog urine stained on it. He was truly an angel to our family and jumped through hoops for us at every turn. He made an incredibly difficult process so much easier, explained everything clearly, walked us through all of our options, and took care of so many things so we didn't have to. We had an issue with an incorrect cause of death after the doctor had already signed off on my mom's death certificate. We felt completely helpless trying to figure out how to reach the doctor and have it corrected. Marquan went above and beyond, contacting the doctor and the state and ultimately helping us get it fixed. I can't explain how much that meant to our family. He also worked with us when there were scheduling issues surrounding our cremation viewing and did everything he could to accommodate our family and make sure we had everything we needed.
