My receipt showed a delivery by the Monday. It didn't arrive in AL until the Friday. Needless to say my payment was late. Thankfully my landlord understood. Unfortunately I couldn't go back to the post office to complain and ask for a refund because we had left for FL the same day and then headed back to AL. I don't blame the clerk because I believe this was USPS's fault.

Rachel was unable to help us get an answer so we have been dealing with Nick, the owner of the company. He has been extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. It's now almost the end of January and we have no date on when our missing items (that have already been paid for) will deliver. Please consider using a different company! I would even recommend vista print over them. Not to mention their high prices that definitely don't meet standards. All of the white Nike shirts we ordered were completely see through.
