I will begin with telling you my initial experience was bad. Like really bad. However, the turnaround was a full 180°. The conflict has since been resolved and I am quite satisfied with the ultimate outcome. For me (a Specialist in the ARMY) I've been conditioned to wait, however the lack of automated feedback was something to behold. After calling through the website and talking to a customer service rep; I was told that I would get an email and updates. This did not happen. I was charged for an order before it was processed. Weird, I know. The next step I took was calling the manager at the local store on-post. Turns out she runs 5 stores, and she was as professional as she was helpful. She got me in touch with three corporate personnel and promised me resolution, which did in fact happen. One of those three personnel was Director of Retail Operations. He corrected the issue (my order was in limbo because it was not in stock and was not going to be because I had selected a color that did not exist). I got the same product in the alternate color. This was satisfactory because I was looking into the product for its function. Additionally, the company and its representatives were collectively very flexible and polite to me about the issue. I was offered store credit for my grievance and at no point when I went to redeem the before mentioned credit, did I feel judged or weird about doing so. The manager was eager to make sure I got all that was promised to me. I was also put in touch with a very nice representative to work out Next Day Air logistics. All-in-all I will say this: The company would benefit tremendously by consulting with coders and their logistic teams to revisit the issues that exist on there website. The company itself is made up of professionals and their products are great. I will likely be shopping exclusively with Patriot Tactical for my tactical needs, because they've earned my respect and trust. read more

The associate Kayla is horrible. She has horrible customer service skills and also isn't helpful at all. She needs to work on her attitude and how she tends to customers. She sat down and was on her phone the entire time and didn't even offer any assistance. Asked about the return policy and she pointed to the sign instead of just telling it to me. If you don't want to help customers then don't work in retail. read more

I order from this company pretty often. If it isn't online, it's in a storefront on the military base. Out of five recent orders, four have had back ordered issues to include now they're telling me that they can't even make a US Air Force name tape because it's back ordered. If something is back ordered, and/or not in stock, probably best to not let someone buy it online and give them a fake shipping estimated time of arrival. Ordered beginning of March and a blouse with name tapes won't be here until end of April. read more

Allegedly ran out of American Flags !!! Now I have to spend extra money last minute at the PX. a**holes !!!! Ontop of that the uniform is still coming without tags ! They are terrible. Ordered sunglasses. Got a fake tracking number and the item never shipped. Contacted them and asked for a refund, they said sure. A week later, no refund and I got an new order email, huh? I contacted them again, and they didn't issue me a refund, what they did was issue me a replacement, but for an item that was out of stock! Got them to finally issue me a refund. But it was for the wrong amount! I contacted them again and they said they don't issue refund for shipping.... my items never shipped. After explaining that, they did issue me another refund for the shipping. What a joke! If you have this problem, call them, they are nice on the phone, but don't respond to email at all. And just keep calling them until it's resolved. read more

Terrible company scamming our vets and serving soldiers. I ordered boots for an upcoming deployment. they said they were in stock.... then kept putting back the shipping date. It's been three months and still no shipping date. I am trying to cancel, and they won't do it even though I told them I will already have left before they even ship the boots. Warning to everyone stay away from this company! read more

I ordered numerous items on November 29th. Today is December 15th, and I still have not received confirmation that my order is being processed. I have sent them an email, and also have used the "contact us" option on the website. I paid through Paypal and have also attempted to contact them through that avenue. I have simply asked if my order is being processed, and considering there was not any information regarding lead times on their website, I inquired as to how long it might take to have my order fulfilled. I am pretty sure this company is just out of business and is taking money from people and not sending them items. read more

Avoid this place at ALL costs. I ordered boots with expedited shipping for $182. Two weeks later the order was still processing. I called and requested to cancel the order with a refund. Now, two more weeks later and they still haven't issued my refund. I've called three times and get the same excuse every time. Most people would chalk $182 up to a loss...not me...guess who's filing a small claims with the Magistrates office tomorrow? For anyone else who hasn't received their item or money back, I recommend you do the same. The process is simple. This is the only way you'll get your product or money from this scam of a company, who by the looks of it, makes lots of money off scamming Soldiers and Vets read more

I would give negative stars if possible. My wife ordered boots NOV for her dad for Christmas. U.S. Patriot Tactical is trash. They never sent me what I ordered and lied and decieved me many times.

Horrible customer service. Scam outfit as far as I can tell. Item ordered on 17 June. Immediately charged on credit card. Received confirmation and order# also immediately. Needed to modify/cancel order next day. Attempted to contact via phone repeatedly. "We will be right with you recording" for 15 minutes, then goes to voice mail, "Leave message and will get back to you". Same drill each time tried to call. Ultimately left two messages. Never heard back. Attempted to contact using website, via "check order status" link. Kept telling me invalid order #. Tried emailing customer service "contact us" link on 24 June. Automatically received auto reply stating due to "Corona Virus Pandemic, protests and worldwide riots, we are having supply disruption"...etc, etc. Fortunately, was able to dispute payment with my credit card company and they (credit card company) refunded my purchase. Further on-line research seems to indicate this is an on-going issue with this company. I do NOT recommend or suggest using this company based on my experience. read more

Concerning gear and general customer service, this U.S. Patriot Tactical location is good like the rest. I do have a bone to pick with the barber services, however. I wish I was exaggerating with the timeline but I waited about 25 mins to get seen which was fine--the line was kind of long. When I got called up, the gentleman who was to cut my hair left for about 5 mins, came back, began cutting my hair, and then would leave periodically multiple times. When he was present, he couldn't talk to his colleagues and cut simultaneously and the entire ordeal was about 1.5 hours with about 10 minutes dedicated to actual cutting. On top of that, I specifically noted I wanted a "low-skin fade, don't touch the top, and leave the part intact." He acknowledged understanding, then proceeded to entirely cut off my part entirely, and failed to blend correctly on the right side. It's going to take longer to grow my hair out and fix his mistakes than it took to complete the course I came TDY for. My buddy got his cut at the same time with a different barber and was quite happy with his results so it may be barber specific, but beware. I spent more money on a PX-quality cut for triple the wait time. Choose wisely. read more

Beware this company at all cost they lie about ads and then when approached deny that they ever ran the ads. They also lie about in stock items. This company read an ad on August 20th indicating 10% off orders over $150. They also lie about the status of in stock items. Do not buy from here. read more

I'm convinced that any 5 star reviews on this company are paid reviews. Ordered some Lowa boots for military stuff a while back. I haven't even gotten a receipt for my order, and I've been calling them relentlessly. No response to emails, no phone answered, I'm pretty sure I'm just out of luck. Thankfully, I paid through PayPal, so I can just cancel the payment, especially since it's way to late for me to use the boots for what I wanted anyway. read more

I've always used Patriot Tactical, and they usually exceed my expectations. Not this time. I placed my order on August 15, 2020. The items I ordered all had an "In Stock" status when I ordered them, and still do today, August 31, 2020. Just got off the phone with them, and I was told they expect the items to arrive on September 25, 2020. They said my items will be sewn on then shipped using next-day air. I see a lot of negative reviews of late, hopefully it's associated with the COVID mess, but I'm not so sure. Good thing I paid for expedited shipping on my "In Stock" items. Hopefully I'll see them before October. read more

If I could give negative amounts of stars, I would. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. They substituted my order with a totally different style. And just sent it along as if I wouldn't notice. Like who does that??? Then, in order to get in contact with customer service, I had to call TWENTY-FIVE TIMES (I REPEAT. I CALLED 25 TIMES) before someone spoke to me. They answered each time and could hear me talking (saying hello) but wouldn't respond. Sometimes they'd hang up after 38 seconds. Sometimes they'd hang up after 6 minutes. But never once did they communicate with me. Finally when someone answered, he blamed it on having over 40 people trying to call at the same time. However, the recording said I was 2nd in line. Hmmmmm..... Then he preceded to tell me that they heard me on the line each time I called (which I was well aware of) but why would they have heard me on the line for the previous 24 calls if the waiting line was so long?? THEY'RE FULL OF SHIT. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A WORSE COMPANY. We'll have to wait and see if they give me a full refund but at this point, I wouldn't be surprised if this SCAM of a company just steals my money. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. NEVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. read more

I ordered a couple things from them that said were in stock. After a week of waiting from a shipping notification I decided to call them cause I had a feeling it was on back order. Yup sure was it's currently October and they said the items won't in available till January. Seriously?!?! That's insane and should state that on their website. 266 dollars isn't the end of the world but they took the money out of my account the moment I ordered the products yet it's been a week and still not put back into my account. Be careful what you order from them and if you are going to order from them definitely call and make sure it's actually in stock. However there are better companies out there to buy stuff from. Never again for me! read more

Really disappointed submitting this review because this company are high supporters of Military Vets and the First Responder community. Order number: 560301 Tim Haney was my customer service agent. He did a great job getting me answers to my questions and addressing my concerns. I ordered Rocky Predator S2V Combat Boots (Coyote Brown) and my order was placed Thursday April 26, 2018. Here is my experience which was a complete nightmare. US Patriot Tactical advertise that they have quick shipment. That wasn't the case for my order. I paid extra for 2 day shipment. My order didn't arrive on the estimated time, I was refunded. Not only I called once, not twice but three times to figure out where my order was. First two times, the operators told me "It should be there tomorrow". Tim Haney made my order a priority to fix it and figure out where my order was. Here did a great job. Overall my experience with US Patriot Tactical was a head ache. I won't be ordering my gear from this place and won't be recommending it to anyone else. read more

This company is garbage. I ordered on 24 December, my order is still "processing ". Absolutely disgusted with the quality of this company. I have been using them for a long time and every order I've placed with them has had some sort of issue along with it. As seen in numerous reviews, the lack of updates on their website is rather pathetic and suspend you in an anxious state as you wonder whether or not your order will ever ship. On top of that, the most recent order I placed was left in limbo for 2 weeks so naturally I requested a status update via email. USPT never replied to my email so I then waited for 15 minutes on the phone to talk to a customer service rep. This man had the audacity to blame myself for not realizing the items I ordered were on back order even though the website posted them as in stock. He even went another step further to say that it should be my responsibility to call them every time I place an order to make sure that the item in question is in stock when it's as easy as updating their damn website. So in short, the imbecile on the phone must not have received enough oxygen in the womb as a baby considering how stupid he sounded. Must be a common trend within the company seeing as how they neglect their website more than a father neglects their child after they go out to buy milk and cigarettes. Never buying from this company again. They'd get half a star if Yelp would let me be so petty. read more

Items listed as IN STOCK won't be actually in stock. But they won't tell you that when you order. And they won't tell you that when you email their customer service to find out what the hold up is. I ordered parts from this company and when delivered, parts of my order were missing. When calling customer service, I was told that the price I paid did not include all of the parts that were in the item's description. This is either false advertisement or blantant thievery. Both of which are illegal and unethical. Their website has not changed to depict an authentic error either. They show that all of the items in the product's description are in stock as well. This company should be investigated. Do not waste your money and more importantly, your time. read more

Lied to repeatedly and very specifically, not they they were misinformed, but just making things up to keep me from cancelling order. Details below: I called to confirm an item was in stock and available before I ordered it and was told it was in stock and would ship within 24 hours. 72 hours later I called to get a status update and was told the item was not in stock, but would be available in a week. Since I couldn't find it anywhere else I decided to wait it out. Called back a week later and was told there was a delay at the factory and their receipt of the item was running late. Dude told me he had a tracking number of the shipment and it would be in their warehouse the next day, I was the first customer in line, and it would be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Called back three days later and was told the item had never been shipped and wouldn't be available for another month and a half. Lie after lie after lie. Here I am overseas, waiting for gear, and they lied multiple times. DO NOT BUY from these dudes. Even if you're lucky and get your gear on time, do you want to support a company that lies to people overseas waiting on their gear? Absolute disgrace. read more

The in-stock icon is never correct, needed some items for a course I had, found them on USPT and said In-stock on all. Paid for basically overnight shipping, only received a plate carrier hanger I had ordered, none of the other items. Spent about 3 hours on hold before getting someone. Had multiple excuses as to why in-stock display is incorrect. I know those to be untrue because this has happened to me and others with the same company before. Should have remembered that when I ordered. I did thankfully receive a refund for all items not received but basically paid $25 to ship an $8 cost hanger. Was told they would split shipping back with me but that didn't happen. There are much better more reliable company's out there. I would recommend to steer clear of USPT at all costs. read more

I really wish I had read recent reviews before I had ordered through them. It has been a week since I ordered and the funds were taken out of my account. I have not delt with this store before but they were absolutely wonderful. My son just graduated from boot camp at Ft Jackson on Oct. 31st and couldn't find his size for new boots on base. US Patriot was started here in Columbia, and they've expanded to a couple other locations so I wish they would consider coming to Sumter/Shaw AFB. Maybe it'll be a possibility when the Army's 3rd ID is fully in place. Actually, I *don't* wish they'd open up a store here because just being in there makes me want to spend money... Whatever your tactical needs, US Patriot is gonna be your best bet at filling them. 5.11 outfitting, ACUs, 550 cord, tactical pouches/bags, boots, knives, morale patches, hydration bags, uniform accessories and more. It's a tactical candy store! Not only that, but they have uniform alterations, name tapes and a barber shop right there all in one spot! Please, DO NOT place an order with this company. I placed an order 18 days ago of an in-stock item and paid extra for two-day shipping an have not received it. I had a long military training in three weeks, so I ordered from US Patriot. I paid for quicker shipping, and 18 days later, still no items. So I called their Customer Service. After waiting for 30 minutes "to speak to a representative", I was sent straight to voicemail. So I called two more times, waiting for 30 minutes each again, and still going to voicemail. Because customer service was unavailable, I checked online to see if my order was being tracked there. I signed in, and an old order was still marked as "processing" even though I had received it over a week ago. The order in question is still "processing". When I clicked "more details", two of the items are out of stock until 6-weeks from today. They gave me no indication the order was out of stock when I ordered it 3 weeks ago. It would have been good to know that my order was over 2-months away from being in stock when I paid for quicker shipping. I am very disappointed in their website, customer service, personnel and communication. They took my money, did not tell me items were out of stock when purchasing them, provided no communication on the expected delivery date (which is at least 6-weeks away, when items are in stock), and have an outdated website (old order "processing" when delivered over a week ago). Please do not shop here. Find another place, online or in person. -Gabriel read more
