This was probably the worst gel manicure I've ever had. It lasted less than a week...and yet the cost is the same as the place I typically like to go (in Austin) where my manicure lasts up to a month. 2 stars because the man who did my nails was friendly. Wish he would've done a more thorough job with cleaning up my cuticles. read more

Nail color was wearing off after one day. Went back and they repainted. The repaint is wearing off in 6 days. Not the quality I'm used to.

Never going here again... very dirty salon and don't appear concerned with health safety standards. Needs safety inspection as definitely violating standards set by state cosmetology board. read more

I have been coming here for years now, and each time the service is wonderful! The staff is really sweet and ready to fulfill any request you may have, and the management takes the time to get to know you and your style! Highly recommend read more

Tiffany did excellent work! I live in College station and kind of felt like I was cheating on my regular place! But I am glad I did! Ask for tiffany she's a rockstar! Thanks girl! read more

Just had a session for Deluxe Pedicure/Deluxe Manicure with Ha at US Nails. I am thrilled with his precise work and attention to detail. He is a great conversationist as well. As a spa owner, I was impressed with the salon's sanitation procedures and ability to handle large parties of customers. The place was busy! I will return soon. Ha rocks! read more

Clean and aesthetically pleasing salon, but the employees' work/customer service does not match the quality of the facility. I've been here several times in the last year while in Fredericksburg visiting family and the only few times I've walked out of the salon without disappointment/frustration was when the owner, Frank, did my gel mani/pedi. Unfortunately, him and his wife are literally the only two employees who do a good job every time. I would rate their work as perfect! But, they obviously can't do everyone who comes in there... read more

Made an appointment for a group of us for a bachelorette girl's weekend after a recommendation from a local salon. We sat there and waited for a good 10 min before we were even seen which wasn't ideal considering I had made the effort to make an appointment. We get seated and finally, our pedicures get started. It was the most rushed, least thorough pedicure I've ever gotten. Start to finish it was maybe 15-20 minutes, my feet don't feel soft at all, my toes look messy and they did one coat of polish. To make matters worse the lady cut my toe and tried to blame me saying the cuticle was under my nail. I've had probably 50 pedicures in my life and I've never gotten cut before. When I went to leave I told the guy, who I assume is the manager, that she cut my toe and I didn't think it was fair that I paid full price. He offered me $5 off which I said I didn't think was enough so the highest he would go was $10 off. My pedicure should have really been free considering how poorly the job was done coupled with the fact that she cut me. I would never go back here and I would tell everyone not to bother. This was totally unacceptable and just bad business. If I was every in Fredericksburg with the girls, I would avoid this place for sure. read more

love love love this place! they speak english, they r friendly, and have been in business for a long time! i love all services that i have had.... mani, pedi, solar nails, and eyebrow waxing. love the remodel! read more

I have been going to this place for several years! Before the remodel! Last year they gave me a card to save up points. A complete wast of time! I've had this card sense they offered it. I come ever 2 to 3 weeks and have never used it so I had a lot saved up. And they wipe it clean one of the times I came and didn't say anything. He tried to give me 10 dollars back when I can in today !!! wow really come on guy I've been coming here for years. I always give a good tip and always tell all our guests and family to go here. Wow so complete waits of time. And apparently a complete rip off!! I guess they see someone with points saved up and make sure to wipe it clean so you keep having to spend money with them!!! Won't be coming back here ever again!!! Pulse the last week when I got my nails done they started popping off after 5 days, I was thinking maybe it was me that was to ruff but my friend said it's cheap product! read more

Just left, very dissatisfied. My manicure is horrible. I'm contemplating having someone take it off tomorrow at another saloon and have them redo it. My cuticles still need to be cut more and there is paint multiple places around my fingers. Got charged $10 more than my friend who had the same things as me. Will not be returning. read more
