Incredible pedicure! Seriously, the best, most thorough I've ever had. Kathy owns and operates the salon completely by herself and does a beautiful job. The shop is so clean, comfortable and inviting. She instantly realized how to cut my toenails so as not to cause the nails to become ingrown. No one has ever done that for me before. My pedicure has lasted for a very long time intact. Still looks great after 2 weeks. Kathy is fun to talk to, as are her regular customers. They all love her. Kathy took me in as a last minute appointment and I'm so pleased I gave this salon a try. I explained to her that I needed a very good pedicure because as a busy mom Id really been neglecting myself and my heels were awful. She gave me a great pedicure as well as a lotion to help protect my feet since I am not able to get pedicures often. I also got a full set of solar nails and she attentively listened to wait I was looking for. This is the BEST set of nails I've had in years! To top it off I didn't have a long wait like I d at salons in Dallas. My only sadness is that I can't be a regular customer of kathy's since I don't live here locally. Loved this salon and Kathy is wonderful. Very clean and Kathy works solo to keep the standards of her business high. She said she's hired people to work with her but they rush and don't do the through job she expects. I had gone to another salon a couple of times but this was a much better experience. Give it a try. She does prefer appointments so she can stay on time but I walked in and she took care of me without any issue. read more

This was the worst pedi I have ever received and I am not a picky customer! My friend and I had to wait 25 minutes with our feet in lukewarm water and no soap before the actual pedi started. THEN it took 13 minutes start to finish. The scrub was a funny smelling goo that she rubbed on my legs and rinsed off by wildly splashing my legs, no massage, and the hot towel I literally laughed out loud when she finished- she took a washcloth size hot towel and wiped my leg for no more than 5 seconds on each leg, then threw the towel in the laundry. To push back my cuticle she used her own nail!!!! She hardly shaped my nails at all (two seconds worth) and moved right on to the polish. DO NOT waste your time or money!! Oh, and to dry my toes, it was a fan on the ground pointed at my toes that I had to keep re positioning because it wouldn't sit still. I would give zero stars if I could! read more

If you like to be insulted as a ploy to up-sell other services, give it a go. They were so busy trying to sell more services they did not pay attention to their work. I left with two abrasions and uneven nails. I also dislike seeing employees smoking on the front porch. The smell wafts in every time the door opens. read more

This review is for my mother. She visited this location to get her nails redone. She was told that they would need to take off her current nails. No problem. After removing her old nails, the nail tech said that she was not able to do the color that the tech had previously said that she would be able to do, prior to the removal of her old nails. The tech and the owner(?) then got upset at my mom for objecting at being told one thing (yes, we can do that) prior to removing the old nails and then something else (no, we can't do that color) after her old nails were off. read more
