The quality of work here is so inconsistent. You don't know if you're going to leave happy or mortified. My manicure was fine, but my pedicure was a mess - poorly filed with sharp edges and ends uneven , the cuticles badly trimmed, and polish super sloppy. They made a bunch of excuses saying the nails were short, but that's confusing because the pedicurist cut them, not me. The manager did give me a discount, but I'm still left with a pedicure I have to have redone somewhere before leaving for vacation. The inconsistency makes it impossible to recommend. read more

The hotel receptionist told me she went to this nail salon so i thought "why not?" she wouldn't have recommended if she didn't enjoy it herself. So i came here just wanting a simple nude ombré in a coffin shape. One thing I hate is feeling rushed, i understand people were flowing in after me but i don't want to feel like you are cutting corners. the nails came out neat and the ombré looks great. Very unhappy with my experience here. I came in for a gel manicure and by the time I was getting the polish put on my nails, my friend had completed her mani/ pedi. The technician seemed as if he had no idea what he was doing. He did not have his own rotary tool to get the excess polish off, he was borrowing another technicians. Then, when she needed it back he started using a hand tool to take off the gel polish. After this visit my nails are so brittle and thin from being mishandled. I wanted a fake tip put on 3 fingers where my nails had broken. This was horrible! Firstly, he put a nail that was too small on my pointer finger and then proceeded to file it as if it was fine. I had to stop him and tell him it looked bad. So he files it down and puts another one on top! My thumb is completed separated from the fake nail and points upward. He filed my nails all wrong even though there is a picture on his table labeling all the different nails shapes. My nails were perfectly shaped when I came in to use as a reference. I ended up picking up the nail file and filing them myself, which I have never done! I can't believe I paid for this service and now will need to go somewhere else to correct this awful manicure. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I went in asking for just French tip acrylic nails. They upsold me to these "natural looking nails" which cost a lot more than the regular acrylic. What I was talked into is nothing like the finished product. There is nothing "natural" about the nails I got. in the picture I posted, the left is what it was supposed to look like and the right is what it came out looking like. Horrible customer service. I am from out of town and I was going in for a ingrown removal that my salon back home was not able to do the day before. I called and asked if they could help me and I was told the manager would like to see. When I start talking to the manager she immediately asks me with a attitude where I got my toes nail done, then preceded to tell me she cannot fix my ingrown for me because I would have to get a whole pedicure done when I had just gotten one the day before! I'm drooling over my nails! I've been reluctant to come here. 3 stars and the outside seems like another strip mall place. Inside was big and clean and not skimpy on anything. Everything was fine, the pedicure was just as should be delivered..... and then I sat down for my full set. I'm a big city girl... I've had some great nail experiences and some really bad ones. I've learned you never know. Nervous with a new person, I didn't want the design to be too tough. I've had a lot of yes men with no delivery... fast forward, omg! I went excited to have a mani/pedi. I had received a gift card to this salon. I chose the basic pedicure and a dipped (French) manicure. I was left with excess paint on my toes. Not a big deal. The real disappointment was with the manicure. The nails themselves were fine. Nothing better and nothing worse than I have gotten at other local places. I was disappointed that my cuticles were never touched, I did not receive any form of a hand massage and absolutely no lotion was ever applied to my hands. But yesterday was the first time I have ever been disappointed with his work my appointment was at 5:30 and when we sat down he was rushing so fast the filing was horrible sharp edges every where mis shaped and when he did the dip it didn't even cover my whole nail. I made an appointment for 7 of us to get mani/pedis at this place for a bachelorette party. 3 of us got pedis that we're supposed to last 35 min and we were done in 15 min. One of the girls didn't get her hot stones with deluxe pedicure and they still charged her for it. 4 of us got manicures and one of the girls got cut pretty bad. Had my first visit here yesterday with a friend. Pros: -Very sanitary. -Free wine / drinks. -Large selection of colors / options. -Short wait time with no appointment. -Frank did my friends nails & he was awesome & super friendly! Cons: -The young guy doing my nails was not my cup of tea and didn't seemed concerned with doing things correctly. -We weren't offered wine (well over 21). -The white tips on each of my nails are obviously 1-2 sizes smaller than the nail and he filed my nails down on the side in an attempt to hide it. -Pricing is $5-$10 higher than salons in Austin & San Antonio. I would give my personal experience 3-stars, but I'm throwing in an extra for how clean everything was and all of the offerings they have. read more

We had a Bachelorette party go in for nail services and had reserved an appointment. They served wine, water, soda to patrons. I really enjoyed the jelly ultimate pedicure, my nail stylist painted close to what I told her and showed her pictures of. The paint doesn't seem to be lasting as long as it should and they may have not sealed the top coat. Pricing was normal. I was annoyed though the bride got a certain guy who seemed to cater to her at first and was friendly, but he quickly got on his phone to file an insurance claim and talked to the agent seeming to get annoyed with the agent the entire nail service. Frankly I thought this was very rude I'm not saying he needed to speak to the bride the entire service but to ignore her was not okay with me.... Also another worker was pushy about money making sure certain girls getting services done had the cash up front before services started or seconds after she finished.
