The quality of work here is so inconsistent. You don't know if you're going to leave happy or mortified. My manicure was fine, but my pedicure was a mess - poorly filed with sharp edges and ends uneven , the cuticles badly trimmed, and polish super sloppy. They made a bunch of excuses saying the nails were short, but that's confusing because the pedicurist cut them, not me. The manager did give me a discount, but I'm still left with a pedicure I have to have redone somewhere before leaving for vacation. The inconsistency makes it impossible to recommend. read more

Horrible service - I had an appointment for a full set. I pictured myself leaving with 10 perfectly formed new nails. I left $60 poorer and have 10 nails of all different lengths, widths and thickness. I have been going here for over a year and was SHOCKED at how poor the service is. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! This used to be a great salon. Salons are only as good as the service received. I work too hard to be ripped off for a $50 set of poor quality. read more

I came in today, after not being satisfied with how my nails were left from a different salon. But the staff here were super sweet and took the time to help me achieve EXACTLY what I was looking for. I needed a pedicure as I have a sprained knee and just can't get to my left foot. She did a nice job with the basic level pedicure. Nothing particularly special, but it was the basic. The place is nice, spacious, modern, clean. Employees were friendly. read more

We were there for a bridal party manicure/pedicure. We were all seated far apart (4 of us) so no friendly conversation. The nails were all done well, but it could've been made more a fun event between friends before the big event of the wedding ceremony! read more

Great nail bar in Fredericksburg! Lovely people and they take great care of their customers. They took time to make sure my nails on my hands and feet matches perfectly, mixing their own color so they were perfect for me. Highly recommend! read more

The hotel receptionist told me she went to this nail salon so i thought "why not?" she wouldn't have recommended if she didn't enjoy it herself. So i came here just wanting a simple nude ombré in a coffin shape. One thing I hate is feeling rushed, i understand people were flowing in after me but i don't want to feel like you are cutting corners. the nails came out neat and the ombré looks great. I would have just preferred the shape to be alittle skinnier on the sides, not so squared. UPDATE: The nails lasted a pretty long time. They lasted about 3 weeks also deleted the only pic of my nails read more

Very unhappy with my experience here. I came in for a gel manicure and by the time I was getting the polish put on my nails, my friend had completed her mani/ pedi. The technician seemed as if he had no idea what he was doing. He did not have his own rotary tool to get the excess polish off, he was borrowing another technicians. Then, when she needed it back he started using a hand tool to take off the gel polish. After this visit my nails are so brittle and thin from being mishandled. I wanted a fake tip put on 3 fingers where my nails had broken. This was horrible! Firstly, he put a nail that was too small on my pointer finger and then proceeded to file it as if it was fine. I had to stop him and tell him it looked bad. So he files it down and puts another one on top! My thumb is completed separated from the fake nail and points upward. He filed my nails all wrong even though there is a picture on his table labeling all the different nails shapes. My nails were perfectly shaped when I came in to use as a reference. I ended up picking up the nail file and filing them myself, which I have never done! I can't believe I paid for this service and now will need to go somewhere else to correct this awful manicure. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I went in asking for just French tip acrylic nails. They upsold me to these "natural looking nails" which cost a lot more than the regular acrylic. What I was talked into is nothing like the finished product. There is nothing "natural" about the nails I got. in the picture I posted, the left is what it was supposed to look like and the right is what it came out looking like. They aren't even filed straight. I won't return here again. read more

WOW!! Just WOW!! The best pedicures my wife and I have ever had!! And the Service was outstanding!!

We visit every 2 weeks (ish). Tracy and Kelly are always amazing with pedicures and manicures!

Just waited half an hour past my appt time with no explanation whatsoever. I've been here a couple times before and they do a good job but are never friendly or welcoming. I will look elsewhere, as customer service is sadly lacking here. read more

Out of towner...oncame in with husband for manicures.... Very nice! Ladies did a great job on both of our manicures. Would definitely return! Update: came in again...absolutely terrible. Husband and I again.... the woman that did both mani's was helping about 4 people at once... juggling back and forth. Ugh!!! Paid $25 each for a very messy experience. Husband still had wax all over his hands when we left :( Won't return. read more

Horrible customer service. I am from out of town and I was going in for a ingrown removal that my salon back home was not able to do the day before. I called and asked if they could help me and I was told the manager would like to see. When I start talking to the manager she immediately asks me with a attitude where I got my toes nail done, then preceded to tell me she cannot fix my ingrown for me because I would have to get a whole pedicure done when I had just gotten one the day before! What kind of salon cannot help with a soak off! I ended up coming to Allure Nails in Fredericksburg. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! read more

Frank did a great job with my SNS nails. I specifically asked him not to file my own nail tops because they are so thing now, and he complied. At other places they argue with you. I love the color I chose. They have a good selection of colors. read more

I'm drooling over my nails! I've been reluctant to come here. 3 stars and the outside seems like another strip mall place. Inside was big and clean and not skimpy on anything. Everything was fine, the pedicure was just as should be delivered..... and then I sat down for my full set. I'm a big city girl... I've had some great nail experiences and some really bad ones. I've learned you never know. Nervous with a new person, I didn't want the design to be too tough. I've had a lot of yes men with no delivery... fast forward, omg! I've never ever had my nails this good, solid, instagramable, clean, no glue or crap I'm digging out of my nails afterwards. Crap, I don't wanna tell you his name. He's my gem! But to give credit where credit is due... ask for Nathan. My pics are from days after the manicure. I've been busy and moving and building and doing car work as we speak and they still look fab! So much I had to write this review. Never had so many compliments. Nathan! Grandfather me in so I'm always your client. I will drive from Blanco for you! Shoot, maybe even Houston! read more

Linda did a fantastic job disguising my damaged toenail with pedicure magic. It's been four weeks and still looks good.

I went excited to have a mani/pedi. I had received a gift card to this salon. I chose the basic pedicure and a dipped (French) manicure. I was left with excess paint on my toes. Not a big deal. The real disappointment was with the manicure. The nails themselves were fine. Nothing better and nothing worse than I have gotten at other local places. I was disappointed that my cuticles were never touched, I did not receive any form of a hand massage and absolutely no lotion was ever applied to my hands. Who has ever heard of a manicure where the technician didn't even bother to apply lotion?! All of this and the charge was $85! I definitely feel like I DID NOT get my money's worth. read more

I usually love coming here and have had Sam do my nails everytime I have been there. But yesterday was the first time I have ever been disappointed with his work my appointment was at 5:30 and when we sat down he was rushing so fast the filing was horrible sharp edges every where mis shaped and when he did the dip it didn't even cover my whole nail. He did draw a cool snow flake I guess in place of the horrible nail job. He was so anxious to leave work that he left that building before I did. So unsettling. Won't use again that's just money wasted read more

I made an appointment for 7 of us to get mani/pedis at this place for a bachelorette party. 3 of us got pedis that we're supposed to last 35 min and we were done in 15 min. I've been in Fredericksburg for 3 months. I've tried 3 different nail salons. The other two I did not return to. I do the dip nails and it was almost like I was the first customer that had gotten dip nails at their salons. They were just that bad. I've been to US Nails 3 times now and have gotten my nails done. Tiffany did them the first two times. Today Kevin did them. They are fantastic. They pay attention to the details and do them exactly as asked. This is my go to nail salon without question. read more

Don't waste your time or money... never going back. Very unsatisfying pedi not worth $47.00

Had my first visit here yesterday with a friend. Pros: -Very sanitary. -Free wine / drinks. -Large selection of colors / options. -Short wait time with no appointment. -Frank did my friends nails & he was awesome & super friendly! Cons: -The young guy doing my nails was not my cup of tea and didn't seemed concerned with doing things correctly. -We weren't offered wine (well over 21). -The white tips on each of my nails are obviously 1-2 sizes smaller than the nail and he filed my nails down on the side in an attempt to hide it. -Pricing is $5-$10 higher than salons in Austin & San Antonio. I would give my personal experience 3-stars, but I'm throwing in an extra for how clean everything was and all of the offerings they have. read more

Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. Rude, painful and not relaxing at all!!!!! The remodel needs to match the service! Going back to Allure!! read more

This place is surprisingly nice, very large and accommodating. So glad they could get 3 of us in with late notice on a Saturday night!

We had a Bachelorette party go in for nail services and had reserved an appointment. They served wine, water, soda to patrons. I really enjoyed the jelly ultimate pedicure, my nail stylist painted close to what I told her and showed her pictures of. The paint doesn't seem to be lasting as long as it should and they may have not sealed the top coat. Pricing was normal. I was annoyed though the bride got a certain guy who seemed to cater to her at first and was friendly, but he quickly got on his phone to file an insurance claim and talked to the agent seeming to get annoyed with the agent the entire nail service. Frankly I thought this was very rude I'm not saying he needed to speak to the bride the entire service but to ignore her was not okay with me.... Also another worker was pushy about money making sure certain girls getting services done had the cash up front before services started or seconds after she finished. I wish it was a better experience for the bride and some of the bridal party.... read more
