Upon walking in, the gym is super clean and spacious. The floor plan has the traditional PF design that I love as it makes it easy for me to get to my favorite machines. Along with being clean, the equipment is current/up to date, and the space is super HUGE! This is definitely a plus as it allowed me To be able to workout without feeling crowded or having anyone in my space. As I scanned in there were two staff members at the desk, both said hello and provided a pleasant greeting. Another plus as such a warm interaction helps to break the out of place feeling that comes with visiting a gym while on vacation. Special that's to the staffers who were on shift 03/16/24 at 9am. All in all this was a pleasant experience and I will visit again when in the area.

During our visit my son gave us a private tour of the new UA Global Headquarters near the Baltimore harbor. We started the tour at the visitors center and received some historical information about Under Armour, it's origin and founder. There were plaques and memorabilia of legendary athletes and celebrities that are sponsored by the brand. We then toured the performance center which includes strength and conditioning training, classes and equipment. The is an infrared sauna and recovery room which was designed with all athletes in mind. The design center was closed for visitors but Ben a generous E-Commerce employee took the time out to give us a personal tour of the indoor basketball facility, dining area, design studio, sample room, focus group area and what's next for Under Armour. I was so impressed with his knowledge and willingness to share the new releases for Black Friday. Which is going to be HUGE savings. There is so much science behind the brand with families and athletes in mind. We drove a few minutes off campus to view the new track & field stadium that will also be used for soccer and football. The track was bright red with hints of gray throughout. I can't wait to see my son race on this track in the future. It's scheduled to be completed in 2023.

The complex is very picturesque and can be distracting to workout if you are a UA fan. So, I suggest you get all your pictures out of the way before you workout. There is a few parking spots in front of the center, but most of them are marked as reserved. The Center does have one stipulation for working out here. You must wear Under Armour gear. That was not hard for me though, because that I what I mostly wear anyway. Even if you don't want to or can't work out, just visiting the campus is impressive. It felt incredibly insensitive and discouraging to have to repeat my circumstances four different times just to ask for temporary understanding. I actually love Gold's Gym, which makes this experience especially disappointing. The gym has been my outlet during this stressful and emotional time, and to feel like I had to BEG to continue using it was truly disheartening. A little compassion and flexibility go a long way -- especially for loyal members going through situations beyond their control.

However, before I even stepped foot into the gym, multiple employees called and text me. I feel like this, and I am sure others do too, of I say I will be there on Monday, I will be there on Monday. Unfortunately, they will call and text you almost everyday, even after you share when you will take a tour. Look, I don't owe you any money, don't call me as if I do. I couldn't take the harassment and never even went to take a tour. If employees can't respect my time, I don't want to be a member.

The entry into this gym is free and they offer some free/low cost classes. Check-in to the gym is pretty easy and the facility is kept clean. Also, there is free parking available. This facility is great if you want to stay active for no more money in a nice facility and they have a small work area for work-for-home employees. This gym is also great for aquatics for the kids. If you are a "gym-rat" this may not be the space for you. All in all, it's a great facility for the community and I hope it continues to impact Baltimore positively.

And while I was reading the fine print on the multiple pages of the contract that the representative failed to provide me at sign up, I found a clause in there about how the program auto renews yearly. The exercise program itself seems good for getting started or building general fitness. However, I was told that I would receive a plan that was tailored to my personal goals, so I feel misled in this regard as well.
