And everyone was very right about this place having roaches !!! And I absolutely hate these front loaders, they never fill up with enough water and doesn't wash the clothes thoroughly.

The tables, the floors, the inside of three of the washing machines had long dog hair in the machines that got all over my stuff. Oh and the quarters on some got stuck and we lost money on those. Once the machine starts there is no stop button if the laundry detergent package got stuck in the door(which it did on five of the washing machines). Also when I got change for a 20 Quarters, yeah each time I got about four dollars less that my 20 I put in. What a disaster. I will never be back. Oh and one more thing some dryers ran cold no matter if you put them in white high heats or not. So I had to stand by them and feel which one got hot and move them if they weren't. Such a terrible experience. Most ghetto experience ever.

No warnings, no information given AT ANY TIME about the cost - just a snarky woman shrugging her shoulders and informing me "it's more for anything longer than 40 inches." It would have been REALLY NICE to have heard that BEFORE I was dropping them off, instead of AFTER it's too late. I've shown up and they're holding my dresses hostage for an exorbitant amount of money. No pay, no dresses. Seriously? Are you kidding? I bought them at OLD NAVY. It's not like any of them had a cathedral train or anything. I MAY have paid $25 each for them. I do not mind anyone making a fair profit, but it bugs the hell out of me, when I know I'm being taken advantage of, and have no recourse other than to pay. Which is the barrel Prestige Cleaners had me over. Thank you, nice alterations people. If I had been thinking clearly, instead of standing there being dumbfounded at the audacity of the highway robbery I was experiencing, I would've told them to keep the damned dresses, and to stuff all three in a very uncomfortable place. I learned my lesson the hard way - these people are unrepentant rip-off artists. I'm never going there again. Bottom line: If you actually LIKE getting ripped off, you should definitely go there. If not, pick ANY other alterations shop in the city and save your $$$$$$$$$

I was quoted $68 to fix the dress. When it was picked up it was $138 and I had not been contacted about the increase. I had asked them to fix my dress so that I could pull up the train and either attach it to the dress or the arm. This was never done. Today I tried a fitting with my future mother in law and the dress is still at least 3 inches to long. At this point ir is not usable and my wedding is on May 25. There is no time to fix the dress. Please don't let this ruin your wedding like it has mine.

And said he doesn't ever make any mistake or give the wrong person or miss label it or have one piece of clothing in his whole entire mislabeled. I would've felt much better if people would've actually admitted that it went and looked versus because obviously things get mislabeled and misplaced etc., but to admit zero mistakes zero fault is absurd then when I asked if a backup system if the computer system goes down, he said, yeah I said what is it but couldn't tell me he didn't have to tell me OK that's fine but I highly doubt you have any kind of backup system. His coding racks are not even he has to get rid of clothes after six probably get some profit off of them which is illegal and the fact you think I need to be compensated for and still try to seek compensation based on laws and not let him get away with this!
