I reached out immediately and was told it could take "up to two billing cycles" for the promo to apply -- but they were already billing me the wrong amount. I've exchanged countless messages with their rep Gabriel, sent proof, followed instructions exactly -- and still nothing. I was told to text a number so "the boss could help," but even that went nowhere. At this point, it's clear they don't honor their word.

After a few months, quality of service started to degrade and has consistently gotten worse to the point that 1000ms+ pings are around the clock with inconsistent speeds and high packet loss, regardless of how many service calls are placed and tech visits take place. If you want good internet service in the country around Muskogee, move into the suburbs or make do with a 4G service through your cell provider. Both options would save you time, frustration, and money.

I know they will put me through collections, and believe me I will tell the collectors why I refuse too pay them a full month of service I didn't have because they were working on the towers. Your mostly run around in circles no one will help you or give you a straight answer. Then after 6 months of trying to get my service repaired. I traded in my phone, paid $200 upfront toward a new $1,199 device, and agreed based on those promises. In reality, my trade-in was only valued at $830, and my bill more than doubled, reaching $261/month. Despite repeated follow-ups, Hunter has not resolved the issue. T-Mobile support has admitted I was misquoted but still has not honored the agreement. This was a clear case of misrepresentation, and I strongly recommend caution when dealing with this store.
