In reality, my trade-in was only valued at $830, and my bill more than doubled, reaching $261/month. Despite repeated follow-ups, Hunter has not resolved the issue. T-Mobile support has admitted I was misquoted but still has not honored the agreement. This was a clear case of misrepresentation, and I strongly recommend caution when dealing with this store.

No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough.
