ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! NO ONE THERE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Went to change a SIM card which is VERY simple, waited 45 minutes and the girl couldn't figure out how to do it. Then she started messing with a separate phone that had nothing to do with the phone that needed a new SIM card. She had us playing phone tag to see if the phone would finally accept calls bc she broke the phone and it wouldn't take any calls. Then, after wasting time we left and went to the Tulsa location, WHICH IS AN ACTUAL COMPANY STORE, THE ONE IN MUSKOGEE IS THIRD PARTY. Then when we got to the Tulsa location three minutes from sitting down she had it fixed. 10/10 recommend the Tulsa location. It is absolutely ridiculous that they would hire someone who has no idea what to do. Outrageous. The Tulsa employee told us that they would probably be shutting down all their third party locations! I worked with the store manager, Hunter, at this T-Mobile location. He assured me I would receive a $1000 trade-in credit and that my bill would only be about $120/month total. I traded in my phone, paid $200 upfront toward a new $1,199 device, and agreed based on those promises. In reality, my trade-in was only valued at $830, and my bill more than doubled, reaching $261/month. Despite repeated follow-ups, Hunter has not resolved the issue. T-Mobile support has admitted I was misquoted but still has not honored the agreement. I was having a billing problem with T Mobile internet and was told by a young female employee and the store manager to basically go screw myself . I was simply asking for help and wasn't receiving any and the store manager decided it was more important to curry favor with the female than it was to fix the problem . Went to the only T-Mobile store here in Muskogee today. Waited 43 minutes to be waited on. I wanted a new Apple Watch. I have an older one just wanted a new one. Wanted to pay for it not finance it and have it synced to my phone. Did not want to add a new line. The representative waiting on me had to "find out" if they could sell it to me without adding a line and without financing. He told me I should just go to Wal mart and buy one. Came in with my own phones for a family plan . Paid the activation left and the phones wouldn't work. NO SERVICE at all even a block down the road from there store and was guaranteed service she even checked on her stupid map. SO cancelled within 48 since they were no use to us and they sad activation fee not refundable even though had only been 48 hours. THey refused to do anything. Then the following month they proceed to take my payment out of the bank even though it had been cancelled. HAD TO call back and get that straightened out which took 4 ..hour long calls and 2 months later I finally get that back.( which proves I cancelled service) then needless to say I get a collections letter saying I owe 300.00 and that my bill is past due. I call again asking why they say it didn't get cut off till JULy 29th which is a total lie I have confirmation numbers to prove EVERYTHING!! They are going to do nothing about the bill which will hurt my credit. THey care none. I will be getting a lawyer they cannot get away with doing this to people AND since I have evidence of it all I will be getting what's owed to me. The heavy set manager at this store should be fired. At best they put you on the phone with tech support and he walks back to his office to sit at the computer. Totally indifferent to problems or anything else. One guy walked in while I was there to ask for a coverage map and the manager get said "it's online" and let the guy walk out without even pulling it up for him. Unreal. I finally got some help after getting transferred to tier 4 STC support on the phone, but what a pain. Before I left I lectured the manager. His expression was loud and clear.
