We absolutely had to have paperwork faxed off this week. We tried and tried from home, no luck. So, this morning, my husband rushed the paperwork to office Depot to have it faxed. The girl there helped him out, and the paperwork come back to her computer as a success that it had been sent. Her name is Kimberly. We called the company we were faxing to, and they explained that if even a date is wrong we had to refax the paperwork. We found the date wrong, had to go back to office Depot, and this time the fax number was not taking the paperwork, taking the fax. Again, Kimberly went above and beyond doing everything she could to help us out. I can't write a better review for the help that she gave us today. It took maybe 45 minutes to finally get this fax to go through. She sent it through about five different times, and even managed to take care of other customers while taking care of us and was absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work, office depot! The employees are always friendly and willing to offer their assistance. If they do not know an answer to a question they will make an attempt to find out the answer for you. They have priced matched for me and assisted me with a coupon when I had difficulty pulling the discount code from the app. read more
