They said "no fucking way.... just because we replaced your bad part with a defective part is no reason to give you any money back". I still would recommend them hands down as the best IT company in Tulsa who doesn't give you anything but what you truly need, great IT help. I spend the year home due to a leg break and could rest and heal much easier knowing they were on the job and were taking care of my employees. They replaced me essentially. 50x over.
