Then, after wasting time we left and went to the Tulsa location, WHICH IS AN ACTUAL COMPANY STORE, THE ONE IN MUSKOGEE IS THIRD PARTY. Then when we got to the Tulsa location three minutes from sitting down she had it fixed. 10/10 recommend the Tulsa location. It is absolutely ridiculous that they would hire someone who has no idea what to do. Outrageous. The Tulsa employee told us that they would probably be shutting down all their third party locations! T-Mobile support has admitted I was misquoted but still has not honored the agreement. This was a clear case of misrepresentation, and I strongly recommend caution when dealing with this store.
