You guys are pretty useless and you never help. I don't know if it's the local governance telling…read moreyou what to do, you're just swamped, underfunded, or what. But there has been several times when I needed help and either you NEVER showed up or it was a useless phone call. One time I literally caught a black man breaking in through the guest bedroom window and you never showed up. You could have gotten his finger prints from the window. One time you did and there was ZERO follow up to the case. I never heard back as to what happened. I don't know if it was the same black guy. They did break in a few times and various items have been missing from the house. One white bald male with glasses who would jump the fence and steal the pool pump. This happened 6~ish times. His child, or kid bother, would ask about a pool pump usually before he stole it. When I use to rideshare, I had a few unruly customers and they wouldn't leave the car. I requested your help and you never showed up. The customer also didn't get out until I dropped them off. So I got scammed out of a paycheck while you guys probably sat on the side of the road doing nothing, like you usually do. Some of the riders also have a weird habit of getting in the car and not saying anything. Some crouch over with their head almost between their legs and hide out of sight if I turn around or behind the drivers side seat. I don't know if its drugs, but it happens every once in a while. When I do call some of you people have really shitty attitudes or sound annoyed. One summer the neighbor (1608 Regal next to 1616) would explode something at 3am EVERY. DAY. This went on for months. Talking to those people is useless, they're never home, or rude. It would wake me up. I found busted beer cans near the fence. If they weren't doing that they'd burn things and the ash would float into my yard setting things on fire. Their dog would often jump the fence, eat random things and steal toys I left out for the foxes and stray cats in the area. I had video a few nights of all this and pictures of the beer cans. Other times they would try to break my windows by kicking things into them. When I asked if they wanted a copy the person on the other end said NO. What the f&&k is the point of having home security cameras if you don't accept them as evidence, nor even bother looking at them? Also when I asked if you all were going to finally do something about these people, even after I had reported their explosions at 3am, the response was DEAD SILENCE. I don't know if you just don't like responding or what, but I need f##king answers as to what's going on. Even a "we don't know" would have sufficed. Dead silence isn't a f##ing acceptable. There was also a few times people were strung out on drugs in the local park, or in front of my house, and you guys didn't do anything about them. I have reported package theft in the area multiple times and no one does anything about it. There a UPS driver who delivers other peoples mail to Albertsons (1285 El Paseo Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88001). So he can mark a mess load of them delivered, since the UPS store (and by proxy PO BOXs) are usually closed on the weekend. People sell stolen packages, i.e. hot items, at Big Daddy's Flea Market (5580 Bataan Mem W, Las Cruces, NM 88011) all the time. I've seen multiple of my packages there. I had several other items stolen from my UPS pobox (1300-G El Paseo Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88001), or home address, and they'd try to sell them there. When I showed them proof it was mine they'd snatch it out of my hands and run off. There is a suspicious lady in the area named "Cash" stated shes a cop, who moved here from Chicago. She also stated with a friend of hers that they "run this town," and are of 1 of 10 people who do. This person sounds delusional. She's asked me a few times about people I don't know. I've told her this and she'd ask again anyways. You might want to ask her who's paying her to do this. I hope she doesn't work for you all. I over heard her friend also was interested in getting college girls drunk and kept complaining about the bars were not open later. Keep your degenerate scum away from me, especially since you're not helping.

I recently broke up with my ex who out of spite made up a bullsh#* story and got me arrested…read morewithout the police even investigating or considering she might be lying. They dug up a 30 year old warrant for an unpaid fine, trashed my parents house, my truck, and took my guns/crossbow (as well as ammo). The so called detective (Affiant) in charge was so brilliant he didn't even look at the security camera footage otherwise he would have seen that she made it all up. On top of that the charges were dropped of course so I went to get my property back and they said they have no record of my guns and crossbow having been taken. So be wary of getting lcpd involved in anything because they are bad at their job (if they were even honest they blindly believed a total lie) and might steal your property like they did with me.

Ay-yi-yi. After…read moreleaving La Posta de Mesilla and near the end of a 10 day rough road trip through the beautiful state of New Mexico, I was pulled over by a Mesilla police officer. I had made an "illegal left turn onto La Avenida de Mesilla". However, I believe that it was off a one way dirt/gravel road, so I think it was more like "you left a place that serves really great margaritas...are you drunk?". I did have a couple beers with dinner but didn't even have a buzz at that point due to the generous servings at La Posta. Nevertheless, I had to perform a field sobriety test that involved touching some fingers to my thumb. My date said I sounded mentally challenged during this ordeal but I said that I was "being deliberate". For anyone who has gone through such a trial, it's a very sobering affair regardless of whether you are sober or not from the start. To top it off, we didn't have a current copy of our insurance. My date's excuse that we were on a long road trip and "had a lot of papers" didn't suffice. The officer took my license and came back with "I could give you an $88 ticket for an illegal left turn and a $325 ticket for not having proof of insurance...but I will leave you with a warning to drive safely and get a copy of your insurance." Whew. We got a copy of our insurance faxed to us at a trucker rest stop at the next exit. My advice is the following: 1. Don't be a drunk driving moron, especially out of La Posta de Mesilla. 2. If you are #1, thanks to the Mesilla PD for busting people like you! 3. If you are going on a 10 day road trip, carry proof of insurance. 4. The "sorry officer, we have a lot of papers" excuse doesn't fly. 5. La Posta does serve great margaritas. Good luck!
