My recent visit was a disaster--unsafe /untrained staff and X-ray equipment nearly further injured me, the technician was incompetent. The machine collided with a wall damaging that and breaking parts off the machine and also flipped the heavy metal table over that I was laying on and nearly injured me further trying to protect myself while I was already dealing with a broken foot. I waited in a room a combined hour with no updates. The X-ray images sent were incomplete, missing critical views of my broken foot, despite my clear diagnosis. I've emailed multiple times and called repeatedly, only to be ignored or left on hold. No response, no refund, no accountability. Avoid this incompetent, negligent facility read more

First visit here and went super well! Here are the things they did great on: 1. Wait time, today was a Sunday so typically business is slower. I called early morning and got an appointment within 30 mins. I recommend you call first and try and get an appointment that day (if you can!) 2. The visit lasted no longer than 30 minutes, which is a plus because I feared it would take up my whole day. ( I only came in for eye issues, so I guess it very much depends on your issue!) 3. The staff were all very kind and asked lots of questions. They were able to prescribe medication right away! I would definitely recommend this place. It also looked and felt clean. read more

We watched others just pull up to the door and get tested for COVID-19 before us. When asked why, they just lied and said for us to pull up behind the others. They don't honor their own processes. This place is kept immaculate, which makes me feel very comfortable! I also love that it's new and they offer free water and coffee/tea. Anyways, I found them because they're right by my house. When I checked in there was only 1 other person ahead of me! EXCELLENT! And they're sooooo nice! They took really Good care of my daughter and we will for sure be back. Today my son and I, where seen to see if we had Covid, strep and/or the flu. I have been to the Viridian location "6" times for myself and my children and have received nothing but good care. I arrived prior to my scheduled time (so great that you can book an appointment online) and was greeted quickly. I spent roughly thirty minutes getting vitals and diagnosis and was pleased with the care the physician took to communicate with me. I wasn't rushed nor did I wait long at all to be seen. This will be my go-to facility for future needs. And, I'll definitely be getting the flu shot next year! Thanks for taking care of me so quickly! read more

Bad service, unprofessional front desk, laying, they said they accept my insurance , but after 2 months from the visit I supposed with $600+ invoices. When I called them they said they are in network but the insurance did not cover it , I called the insurance and they informed me that they are out of network and this is a fraud !! read more

Completely rude staff. Had an appointment for a rapid COVID test We were treated like I was going to steal the test because we had to pay up front before they would test my sick kid. They wouldn't give me a receipt instead they said they would email it which never happened. I had to force them to give a copy of my son's negative test results. They do not take insurance for COVID tests and charge $200 for the rapid test when with insurance it is only the co-pay. This place is a scam. read more

Terrible service and attitude. They or their computer system made an error with my appointment time and, when I pointed out that I had multiple texts confirming the time (including one sent just 15 minutes before I arrived) they argued with me and tried to lecture me about MY mistake. I work in Dallas and started getting sick as the day was going on. I knew this place because I've been there before and was very impressed! I drove to Arlington to go to this urgent care facility over everyone between here and Dallas. This facility is very clean. There was only one person there ahead of me and it took about 10 minutes before I was seen. Both times that I've been here I've been taken care of, listened to and everything is explained in great detail! Their attention to detail is awesome! I felt like I mattered and that helping me feel better was their number one priority. It almost feels like a concierge service!! I'm so thankful I found Urgentology especially on a holiday weekend! I had a terrible eczema rash all over my body& desperately needed medication. I called ahead to be sure they were open and was greeted on the phone by a professional and welcoming attendant. Upon arrival I was immediately assisted and seen by the nicest NP!! I wish I remembered her name! She listened to my concerns and was so helpful and made it her mission to make sure my issue was resolved! It's so nice to find healthcare providers that care! There is NO DOCTOR ON-SITE, they have you speak to a doctor over face time. They will not tell you this until AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. No physical exam, just a nurse that takes your blood pressure and hands you an iPad. We did not receive a diagnosis or any medication for my spouse's DAILY vomiting. We were told to go to our General Physician (probably because we needed to see a physical doctor, a service they do not provide). Go somewhere with an actual doctor present, if you want real medical care and not a glorified WebMD experience. read more

Dr Michael Huang, literally insinuated that I'm racist. This clinic gave me stitches the day before. I was coming back to see if my cut was infected and I said it was the little Asian lady who helped me. She was great and I had no problems. Apparently the nurse heard me and took offense. Dr. Huang came in the patients room telling me not to make racist remarks at his employees. I was beside my self. I couldn't believe what he was saying. He kicked me out of the clinic. Told me I could see the door. Wow! I've never been treated that way ever. I was simply giving a description of the person that attended me the day before. He came at me mad, and quite frankly discriminated against me, treated me badly. I truly feel that he was racist against me. read more
