POSSIBLY THE MOST HONEST AND SKILLED MASTER PLUMBER YOU WILL EVER FIND…read more After our 11 year old dishwasher sprang a leak and destroyed our kitchen flooring, I had to make an emergency purchase to replace it - right before Christmas. When the big box store sent out their non-English speaking crew to deliver and install our new dishwasher, they did me a huge favor. It was the end of the day (Saturday night at 8:00), and they found the excuse they were looking for to call it a day and leave without completing the installation. The next Monday, I began calling around and was quickly reminded of how badly the big plumbing companies like to gouge consumers like myself. To make matters worse, they are not all sending out licensed plumbers, but they will charge 3x-4x the price of any smaller independent company with licensed, Master Plumbers. Thankfully, I found Bella T's. Justin was able to squeeze me in the same day, without any upcharge for doing so. He came to the house on-time as scheduled, and immediately got to work removing the old unit and installing the new. In the process of doing so, he pointed out some serious issues that he saw with the PVC drains below our sink and made a good recommendation for fixing. There is no way on earth that the Home Depot crew would have caught this, and there is also no way they would have taken the time to properly install the new dishwasher with the same level of care and diligence that Justin showed. I will definitely be calling him back to do that work he recommended, because he explained it in clear English - and I now understand why I have gone through three garbage disposals in less than seven years. He also recommended that I get a leak detector for beneath the new dishwasher to prevent a similar mishap in the future - something I wasn't even aware existed. Here's the real deal, though - he knew I was in a bind, and could have tried to take advantage of me but didn't. In fact, when I asked him about payment by credit card vs cash and offered to pay a service charge for credit card payment since I was strapped for the latter, he refused to take it, pointing out that he finds it unethical for other companies to do so. In today's world, where greed seems to rule the day, it is so refreshing to find someone who keeps his word, takes tremendous pride in his work, and charges a fair but extremely competitive price for his services. I would never consider using anyone else after my experience with Justin.

My wife and I would 100% recommend Bella T's to anyone based on our experience! Our old tanked…read morewater heater finally died so we needed a conversion to tankless unit. Bella's was very easy to work with and all of their pricing is listed on the website. No annoying salesmanship or BS. I did some shopping around and I can confirm there's no better value than Bella T's. Justin did all the work himself in a single day (including removal of the old water heater and all the repiping and venting) and did a really great job! The new water heater looks awesome and he answered questions and explained it all before. I had him knock out a few other smaller projects as well and I was surprised he got to it all in one day! Finally, Justin is extremely knowledgeable/skilled and a great dude overall. Bella T's is the epitome of the local "mom and pop" company doing honest quality work for a fair price. I am definitely calling Bella T's for all future plumbing/water heater work!

After a recommendation from a handyman friend who's utilized this company before, I gave them a call. They were able to send someone immediately even though it was a last minute, early morning request. The gentleman went through the building and decided which spot to tackle the issue from, then came back with the discovery that it was our grease trap that was causing the blockage. We got that cleaned out and unfortunately, the problem wasn't solved. I gave them a call the day after the trap was cleaned and let them know they hadn't diagnosed the problem correctly (although the grease trap definitely needed a good clean, so I am grateful to him for pointing that out), so they sent out one of the supervisors who arrived less than an hour after I placed the call, and discovered half a mop (How? Seriously, how??) that was causing the blockage. Since then, we've had zero issues and they'll be my go-to if we ever have any future problems. Please enjoy this absolutely disgusting picture of the grease trap, and I apologize in advance for posting it.

We found a leak under our kitchen sink and called paradigm plumbing services llc. They charged us…read more$69 to tell us that the sink was indeed leaking (gee, thanks!) and they said we should replace our garbage disposal (it never gave us any problems but ok). I'm angry because we paid $69 to be given an astronomical bill for the work that needed to be done. I expected their inspection to be in good faith, genuine, reasonable. It was none of these things. Home adviser says plumbers will charge anywhere from $45-200 per hour. Look at the bill from paradigm plumbing! It was beyond a bloated, inflated price - it was the greediest bill I've ever received. And here's the kicker - they refuse to break down their billing (how much parts cost and how much they charge per hour). They claimed that the cost to replace (1)a sink head and (2)garbage disposal would cost $1200. Twelve. Hundred. Dollars. They refused to be transparent in their billing or provide explanation. We hired a master plumber who gave us the receipts for the parts ($220) and charged $150 for less than 45 mins of work. In contrast, the Paradigm receptionist refused to provide a transparent breakdown of billing; she was condescending and belittling and said simply, "I'm glad you found a plumber you could afford." Can anyone afford a plumber that charges $1,000 an hour?! I am outraged that paradigm plumbing services LLC tried taking advantage of us financially the way that they did. $1200?! With no receipts or hourly charge?! Just $1,000 in labor for less than an hour of work?! Greedy. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. No transparency. Buyer beware! The parts at Home Depot were $220 total. It doesn't take longer than an hour to replace a sink faucet head and disposal. Especially for a "master plumber." By all means, if paradigm is wants to respond to this review, please break down this bill for potential customers.

He did - and he offered to come by on his way to another appointment and save me a lot of money if I could wait just three days. Which I gladly agreed to. He showed up approximately 30 seconds early for our appointment, and assured me that he would get the duct unclogged. Two hours later, he admitted that it was the worst clog he'd ever seen in all his years of business (since 1974), but he refused to admit defeat. (Honestly, I've never seen a guy cut the $#!T out of his hand so badly without swearing, even once.) Without going into detail, he did whatever it took to get the clog removed, and when he did, we had about 10 pounds of soggy lint on the ground. My new dryer is now working perfectly, and I can't thank Starshine enough!
