Arrived at about 645pm with extreme pain and nausea from an abscessed tooth. The antibiotics the…read moredentist had prescribed were messing me up big time. Dr Joshua H listened to my explanation and assured me he'd help. He prescribed a new antibiotic, called it in and after picking it up I headed home. Within 3 hrs of taking it my nausea was GONE! Everyday that I took it the swelling and pain went down. By the time I made it to the dentist for treatment I only had a bit of swelling and pain. The Dr knows his stuff! Price was very affordable with my insurance and the support staff were helpful and pleasant despite it being at the end of their working day. Highly recommend them!

I'm a nurse myself so I know how the whole process works with patients, assessment & charting. Everyone is always nice & the care is great but if they didn't do so much personal talking in the back the patients would be seen & out of here a whole lot quicker. The exam rooms have always been clean but their front carpet is disgusting. I have added a photo for reference. I'm big on posting & reading reviews because I feel it's what helps shape the company/business. I hope this company takes patients concerns into consideration.

I didn't think my reaction was positive based on my own understanding and what followed was a trip to another urgent care, the ER, and then a third urgent care before I could finally get a chest x-ray to show that I didn't have TB. That's all I needed, was a chest x-ray. The staff at the last urgent care didn't understand why urgentdoc didn't give me a chest x-ray or mention getting a chest x-ray. Avoid this place.

We've been to the ENTs and ER multiple times, but no one has ever really found the cause. Ms. Yeates was very thorough--blood tests, chest x-rays, etc. All came by good, but then she took his blood pressure lying down, sitting up, and standing up. It dropped significantly at each change. No one else had ever done this. Now at least we have something specific to check out. In addition, they didn't take my husband's insurance so we had to pay out of pocket. Everything was just under $200. It would have cost us thousands at the ER. I've used this facility before, and I have always been pleased.
