Also, the paint they use is worse than kid's crafting paint, they peel off in an instant while cleaning while everything is waiting for a slight nudge for it to brea or fall apart. Mind you you are still paying the market rate rent and you can definitely find better place for the same rent. These are terrible customer service workers who tell lies and will waste your time! I applied for a…read more2 bedroom apartment over a month in advance and they gave me the run around until the last minute, saying I could get the place and if not there was another unit that would be available for a month later. Finally they denied the application, because they said, they checked the tenants credits after I had been totally honest and had made it clear they were new immigrants and that I was willing to be the co-signer. They had me do a new application, as if I were renting the place for myself, which is what I should have been advised to do in the first place, then they denied again, saying the person who applied ahead of me got the unit!!! Out of the blue, someone had applied before me! All the promises about another unit that would have been available if the first one did not work out, were lies as well. At that last minute Shawn Hughes was telling me, he doesn't know when it would be ready. I called their office twice and left a message for Lynne Jenkins, no reply. The third time I actually got her on the phone and after my brief intro, she briskly informed me she had an emergency to deal with and would call me back, though she did not take my phone number.....(indirect way of getting rid of a problem) of course, I'm still waiting!
