The Whipple Group understands the importance of digital marketing. They drove traffic even in a down market. 4. Reputation, reputation. Everyone knew Beatrix and had only positive feedback regarding her work. 5. Work ethic. The Whipple Group understands deadlines and works hard to meet them. 6. Value! The Whipple Group not only surpassed my expectations, but they provided a far superior service than that of other realtors for the same commission. I spent 20 years working as a sales consultant for some of the largest corporations on the Fortune 100. I have completed deals that resulted in revenues well into the 9 figures. So, when I say that I respect Beatrix, I do so with knowledge of what a successful sales person looks like. Lastly, I'm hard to work for, but Beatrix was a star the entire time.

Wendy and Elizabeth were so helpful in getting me into my new place (YAAAAY!)…read more They get two thumbs up and a shower of gold stars for their awesome customer service. Definitely took so much stress off of my apartment hunt. I was researching places to stay in the Long Beach area to be near my kid's school. Initially, I visited another property management office...but needless to say, they weren't very customer-service oriented! They gave me keys to go look at a place on the other side of town, I go look at it...like it...and make the 20 minute drive back to their office and as I'm about to fill out the application...the receptionist tells me it was rented that morning. REALLY, why the heck did you give me the keys to go look at it then?????? Uggggh. Plus she didn't even offer me a listing of other comparable places, she told me I can look at their site online for their current ads. **PS** The place that was supposedly rented is still listed a week later. smdh. On the other hand, Palazzo was such a breeze to work with. Check out keys to look at the place you're interested in, fill out your application, they verify your information, 2-3 days they tell you whether you were approved or not. If approved they give you the details on what you need as far as deposit/hold fees & rent due dates. Not once did I feel like they were just a rental mill, where they take applicant's application fees and not process the paperwork. They were both professional and extremely friendly. I sprained my knee and use crutches (and it is like a never-healing injury) and Wendy opened the door for me both times I left the office. Was super impressed by that! So glad I found them, and so happy to move into my new place next month :)

Used this company because a friend referred us to them. Despite the low rating on Yelp, we decided…read moreto give it a go. My biggest regret is allowing Palazzo to manage our property. Communication is slow--expect a response in 3-4 business days, and that's if you decide to blow up all their phones, which is not acceptable when your home is vacant, you're trying to prepare it for new prospective tenants, and they should be the ones supplying the vendors to come out and clean. Speaking of vendors, their cleaning company did an ATROCIOUS job of "professionally cleaning" our home and when Wendy did the final walkthrough with us and noticed how disgusting the home still looked she chalked it up to the fact that "they don't charge that much." That is no excuse whatsoever to charge $300 for a terrible job because like Eppie put it "[her] seven-year-old daughter could've done a better job." While they offered to ask their person Lazaro to come back and clean the place again for free, they didn't care to follow up with him or me, so my mother had to go and clean the mess the tenants left behind. Once we realized their communication delays were extremely significant, we decide to contract our own vendors because we couldn't trust them to do so even though they were charging us $225 monthly....for what? I'm not really even sure because our last month with them once the tenants moved out was brutal with their incompetence. They simply took note of things that needed to get done and took 4 days to get back to us on anything, hence the reason we had to pick out our own vendors. One piece of advice to anybody who wants to hire them or has already hired them: once you realize what a huge mistake you made, be sure to email them 30 days from the date you plan to fire them or they'll let you know two days before the new month that you had to give your notice via email, charge the $225, and not do a SINGLE thing for you that entire month they charged. So incredibly thankful we no longer have to deal with them. This was a huge mistake and I take full responsibility for not trusting the reviews on here.

TLDR: Kathy and her team at INTI Realty were simply AMAZING! 5 STARS!…read more As first-time homebuyers, my partner and I spent the last 6 months looking for our dream home. After working with several other buyer agents and receiving several offer rejections, we felt so discouraged and hopeless! Finally, we decided to give it one more shot and that was when we reached out to Kathy - she was recommended by a friend who received help with their first home purchase just last year. Kathy was quick to reply to our inquiry and dedicated as much time as needed to go over our home-buying goals. We love promptness! Kathy was genuinely interested in learning more about who we are to help us find the perfect home. Surprisingly, this is rare nowadays considering how crazy the market has been and how time consuming this process can be. After a few days later, we found a new property we loved, entrusted Kathy, and submitted an offer along with her recommendations. At this point, time started flying by so fast! We OPENED ESCROW IN 4 DAYS! Once escrow opened, we had a very short timeline to close escrow (within 13 days) and Kathy was willing to roll up her sleeves to work with us and our lender. She kept us cool throughout the process, calmed our anxiety, and always promptly answered all of our questions. To expedite the process, Kathy also kept constant communication with the listing agent, our lender, and the escrow officer to ensure all parties stayed 1 step ahead of each other. It honestly felt like Kathy was pulling magic tricks left and right! The end result? WE CLOSED ESCROW WITHIN 12 BUSINESS DAYS! This is RECORD BREAKING! Thanks so much, Kathy, Gia, Erika and everyone involved! You all played a huge role in our first home buying process and we couldn't be happier with the result. If you're looking for an agent to represent you, I highly recommend Kathy and her team. Time to celebrate!
