I appreciated the question of permission to use designs outside their database for the protection of artists and their copyright, especially with the current climate of AI feeding on stolen artwork. They were timely and provided incredible customer service. When the initial design came back the colours were duller than I expected and they did a second pass to increase vibrancy free of charge. I spent an ENTIRE DAY phoning every Fastsigns on the Mainland and none had heard of me! When I contacted the Victoria location for assistance Natalie told me she wasn't sure where they had transferred me!! After finally reaching where I was transferred I was told i would be charged again to correct the mistake!! I called Fastsigns Victoria to ask for help and they avoided me for an ENTIRE MONTH!! Dylan was kind and very professional. He walked me through step by step about the plan. He helped with ensuring that my son, who also joined my plan was added to my plan even though Dylan would not get commission on this transaction.
