When I received the final cards, they were so nicely done that I felt very comforted seeing them. I have one on display at home, and it is such a lovely reminder keepsake to have. So this happy customer wanted Fotoprint to know their hard work is appreciated and I'll recommend them to everyone because they they care, they work hard and I wish more businesses handled business like Fotoprint does.

My roommates and I hired this company to clean our home as we were moving out. After doing our own…read morepreventive clean like suggested, we walked through the house with the cleaner in order for him to give us a time and cost estimate. Once the clean was "complete" we paid and tipped him, trusting that the job was done. The following day, we arrived at the house with our landlords to find that he had cleaned under half of the house, leaving the entire upstairs untouched, half of the kitchen incomplete, and much more. When we confronted him about this he had no excuse and only much later apologized for missing "a few areas". The only refund we received was our tip. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Both men were very polite, professional and courteous. They worked quietly, efficiently and quickly. They loaded very heavy furniture, down a grassy incline from the house, and into a massive well maintained vehicle. (I had gotten others who showed up in rickety unsafe trucks with plywood walls previously). AND their Invoice I received indicated a total price $50.00 below the original Estimated cost. Also they accepted Visa/Mastercard which others do not. Very Happy with Mike and Austin. Thanks guys. Carol C. 7 July 2019 Sooke BC

Mike arrived punctually with a huge, clean container carried by an equally well-kept loading truck…read more My wife and I were impressed by Mike's obvious expertise in placing the container in the perfect place for our access and ease of use. He even placed the container so as not to block the sun from shining on the recently-planted sunflowers of our neighbour. During our little martyrdom, as fond memories transubstantiated into junk, we had occasion to phone Mike a few times. He was always polite and helpful and friendly. As seniors, we sometimes had difficulties for which Mike had solutions. For instance, he told us where we could dispose of environmentally sensitive things like cans of old paint, batteries, and mercury light bulbs, among others. I could go on.... In our experience with Mike's Haul, we found Mike to be THE ideal entrepreneur: hands-on, competent, intelligent, honest and helpful. Bravo Mike! I intensely despise shopping. To the point that I will let my clothes fall apart before I replace…read morethem. I bought the last few pairs of shoes from mall type shoe stores. I paid good money (not cheap shoes) and they always fall apart within a year or so and "mall shoes" aren't repairable (glued and stitching falls apart). I also have issues with one of my ankles and have a doctors note for my bunion. So, I called ahead and spoke to the man at Oak Bay Shoe. He said he can fix me up. 100% or he won't recommend anything. When I got there he looked at my ankle and assessed my bunion. I have extended insurance so he is making me some custom orthotics. I told him what I was looking for in shoes and him and his wife found me various styles. Lots of great stuff. Fourth pair was the charm: Nice brown leather with rubber soles. These are good and rugged for with my kids; but they are not chunky like doc martins. They will look fine at the office and not track mud. He said he can repair anything on this shoe. *Perfect* He said they have been in that shop now for 25 years. I can see why. I was made to feel like a king. I also bought a pair of slippers. I bought the good ones and they are *fantastic*. I also have some nice dress shoes that have never fit properly. I am looking forward to what he can do with those as well. Great job.
