I don't typically look at shoes as I only wear vionics. I was asked if I needed any assistance. Asked about vionics and was told about aetrex. It stayed with me and I went in the next week to learn more. Ended up buying one pair for me and two for my mother. Amazing customer service both times. And, your store was BUSY! The manager found me a pair that had the qualities I was looking for (waterproof, rugged, and fashionable) and even looked better than the ones I had originally wanted. He went out of his way to find me a few options that would fit me and I would have bought more than one pair if I had the extra funds. I will definitely be going back for my next shoe purchase. My email didn't get a response. I was far more annoyed by the continuing avoidance issues than the need to replace the machine. The repair guy made some promises about trying to fix it and getting back to me. No surprise, it's been a month, and it's more avoidance. It's sad, because I'd love to buy a Bernina to replace my old machine, and this is the closest dealer. I obviously won't be coming back here.
