She asked for my available times and I told my sister i was available on a sunday. My sister proceeded to ask and received a text from Michelle saying "Lydia (my sister) expects me to talk to her sister on Sunday. omg." Michelle had accidentally sent the wrong text to my sister that was meant for someone else. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not ask for available times and then go talk bad about clients trying o get your service! Not kind at all and very very poor service

Well, I was happily surprised and am an now a convert. The salon is clean and well kept, and it's very fuss free but still nice. The front desk staff are wonderful and very helpful. Cassie in particular is fantastic. She takes time to listen to what you would like and has very constructive insight as to what might look better and the thing I love most is she is as creative as can be. I hate having the same color each time and she has delivered amazing cuts and color every time. If you're looking for a great hidden gem that is very well priced with a talented team, this is the place for you!

I made an appointment with the owner, Tabitha; and she was exactly what I was looking for. I have complex bangs and she knew exactly what she was doing. That's almost impossible to find in Columbus. I have been getting Luminary gel by Teagan for several months now. Teagan is detail oriented which…read moreis very important to me because I am picky! The Luminary process is a bit lengthy, ~1.5 hrs, but worth it. Luminary stays longer than traditional gel and is better on my nails than the dip I used to get. The salon itself is clean and the staff very professional and the cost is reasonable as well. They have a specific cancellation policy be sure to fully understand the implications of cancelling an appointment before you book. I use the Vagaro app and it works perfectly for me. The salon offers many types of nail services and I impressed with the options. I've yet to get a pedicure but plan to when the weather warms. I've seen some serious nail art while there and it would appear that they do a great job of it as well. I highly recommend the salon and Teagan!

I have had many nail appointments here over the years. Most were just fine. Today I had a tech with…read morean awful attitude who claimed there is no cuticle work done for an express manicure... even though it clearly states that cuticle work is part of this service on their menu of services. I mentioned this to her and she just brushed it off. I mention this at the time of payment and they said they'll make sure staff is aware of what a service includes, going forward, agreeing with me. But they didn't change me for a lesser service (polish change) so that doesn't exactly help me! Generally they always seem extremely stressed to stay within very tight time frames (I think my service was like 18 minutes) and kind of churning people out as quickly as possible.

She's really friendly and nice in a non-false way, and she does a fabulous job on 2-strand twists. She does them as good or better than the place I go now - and they lasted really long. But for my twists (natural hair, no extensions) she charged $70, which I think is too expensive. But overall the place is large, spacious, professional, and Geraldine is very very flexible when it comes to scheduling. It's really just the price and the fact that this isn't in the best area of town why I don't go there anymore.
