The demolition team took extra care in dismantling the cabinets and counter tops, so that all the cabinets and most of the counter tops were able to be used by someone fitting out an apartment. If your looking to buy a toilet or cabinets or a faucet only then you'll be fine as the showroom staff is quite good, knowledgeable and accommodating. But once you try and get an installation quote, the fun abruptly stops there. The management, coordinations and installation side of the business are horrendous. Especially if your attempting to do any major remodel. The installation side is Sanders Home Services and if your trying to have them do anything other then replace a faucet, fix a leaky valve or replace your HVAC you'll be sorely disappointed. I give the place 3 stars as the employees, designers and workers are decent hardworking folks who do try and do their best under a poorly managed business.
