DMR is a family run business and have been around for over 20 years. Their expertise is evident. We couldn't be more happy with our new kitchen or with the work that was done! The demolition team took extra care in dismantling the cabinets and counter tops, so that all the cabinets and most of the counter tops were able to be used by someone fitting out an apartment. But once you try and get an installation quote, the fun abruptly stops there. The management, coordinations and installation side of the business are horrendous. Especially if your attempting to do any major remodel. The installation side is Sanders Home Services and if your trying to have them do anything other then replace a faucet, fix a leaky valve or replace your HVAC you'll be sorely disappointed. I give the place 3 stars as the employees, designers and workers are decent hardworking folks who do try and do their best under a poorly managed business.

The problem is Fergusons has grown too big and forces customers to work through their website: Build.com. That website needs work. 1) It's fickle-- sometimes it recognized my email address, sometimes it didn't. 2) ordered pulls took three weeks to arrive; some never arrived at all. 3) returning is a rip-off: each knob comes with its own return fee: a $10 knob costs $7.95 to return. And they won't let you send them all back in the same box; each order is a $7.95 return fee. My salesperson never informed me of this. Reaching your salesperson by phone is a chore, as the phone answering company for the Cherry Hill Store is located in Lansdown, PA. Calls are rerouted-- your phone doesn't recognize the incoming call, etc. It was a time-consuming mess. Also, I tried to buy a $1,500 lighted medicine cabinet; it was more complicated than surgery. Questions had to go through the salesperson who contacts the rep, and then has to get back to me. Now factor in web issues and off-site call centers. And when you do finally connect, no solutions or alternative products are offered, and you've wasted a month. Finally, Ferguson's sends a "how did we do?" survey, but when I went to provide feedback, I got a window saying that my time to do so had expired. Absolutely infuriating. I've found another source for my 6-figure renovation--a streamlined, "family run" place that actually knows what customer service is.

The problem was he said that he would install it since the wrong one was installed so that I could get the co to our home and guess what he did not deliver. Apparently this vanity has been sitting on his warehouse for sometime now and could have been done months ago! I have been calling and leaving messages and he never responded. Now I have to pay for a plumber AGAIN! He NEVER offered any compensation for the trouble!

The original as well as the previous owners both put in weird lights all over the house and we are having a nightmare of a time trying to replace bulbs... The labels on the bulb faded, and they looked like 3 different types of bulbs and we had no idea the wattage... The store was jam packed! It has very small aisles, just big enough for 2 people to walk down. Every square inch has something to sell. It is basically a slimmed down Home Depot. It was nice but a little dated and shabby, but if you come here you are not looking for a new clean modern aesthetic, you are here for a specific item. All in all the staff was friendly, but unfortunately was unable to help me with my bulbs. If I do need basic home improvement items, this will be my place to go!
