The employees at the Orfus location in Toronto, Ontario are highly disrespectful. I respectfully asked them if I could try on certain articles of clothing to make sure if they did or didn't fit. I do understand that the store was closed but they should have allowed me to try on the clothing. When I worked retail I would have been written up or fired for declining a customers service to use the change rooms. Now I only have 14 days to change (or get store credit for) what doesn't fit, also including the fact that I am a busty person so most articles will most likely not fit my breasts. If I was given the chance to try things on I would have willingly spent over $1000, but since I was so rudely denied access to the changing rooms I only spent $200. Simply because I already know certain things will fit. The employees also didn't know how to respect our conversation amongst ourselves, they felt the need to constantly tell us that the changing rooms were unavailable as soon as it hit 6pm. They also had the audacity to continue making remarks amongst each other while we were right infront of them which we found highly disrespectful. Although I had such a terrible experience what bothered me the most was seeing the very disrespectful looks we were getting from your employees while having enough merchandise to be spending approximately $800 to $1000 worth of product. read more
