It was also silicone and was going for a reduced price of $2. As much as I loved the food and kitchen accessories, everything else in the store wasn't as interesting to me. Maybe I have visited too many HomeSense stores with cool items as of late. Other than my two items that I purchased, everything else was okay. All boxstores are spread out fairly far apart that it would take some time to walk to each one. I did like this Winners. When I was in high school, I wore a couple of pairs of Tretorn tennis shoes. The problem for me back then was the the largest size that Tretorn made for women was a size 10. I needed a size 11. Instead, I ended up dipping into wearing men's Tretorn shoes. I ended up getting the logo in navy blue and white. Not exciting! My friend and I hit the women's shoe section. She found a cute, glittery pair of boots that fit her perfectly! She found them to be comfortable, even though she wouldn't be caught dead going on a date with them on. I feel that she is my lucky charm whenever we go to a Winners together. I found a fun pair of Tretorns in a size 11. They were patterned and they fit more comfortably than I recall. The footbed is far better than it used to be. I bought them without hesitation. This store is clean, bright, and decent, including the washrooms. The woman who helped me cash out was cheerful and upbeat.There wasn't a huge lineup on a Saturday afternoon. I wrote a review on the old page, then told Yelp HD of the new address. === Crystal World is a wholesaler of crystal lighting, such as chandeliers, table lamps, wall light fixtures, etc. It is also in the business of wedding decor rental. You can rent directly from them, bypassing any middlemen or wedding planners. Since CW is a wholesaler, I didn't buy directly from it, but instead through one of its distributors. I like a few things about buying Crystal World products: 1) CW is a big wholesaler. Its distributors range from independent boutiques to chained stores (eg Living Lighting) to big boxers (eg Home Depot). I like the assurance that a wholesaler of this scale can provide, such as warranty 2) CW's warehouse is local. Unless an item is out of stock, customers usually get the lights they order in a week. No need to pay then wait 2 months to pick up your goods 3) I bought from a small lighting retailer just 10 minutes drive from CW's head office. My selection was not limited to the samples hung on the ceiling. I was allowed to select ANY LIGHT FROM SIX CATALOGUES. I felt like I was shopping from the wholesaler's warehouse. Though some selections were not what I was looking for, I nevertheless appreciated the freedom to choose. The shopping experience, unusually so for lighting fixtures, was liberating, fast, and one-stop-shopping convenient. 4) The built quality is okay enough. What we bought is no European light fixture, but it is good enough. And pretty enough. I can't comment much on prices, because it depends on where you buy from. Some stores let you negotiate, while some don't.

I can't comment on every single department or any of their installation services, but just in terms of the retail store - staff helpfulness & friendliness, in-stock levels, fairly clear & well maintained aisles, well chosen skid drop locations - they just seem to do a better job. Most recently I bought an Air Conditioner here and some weather stripping & insulation products. Noticed how the bulky HVAC products were all displayed in the spacious front part of the store for easy access by dolly or hand-truck and short run to the checkout & parking lot (whereas at Wicksteed they're split up with some AC's in the middle section where you'd have to bring them through aisles...). It helps that there often seems to be less of a crowd here. But I suspect part of that is due to customers being helped more promptly and competently both on the sales floor and at checkout.
