100% recommend the cold plunge with Onique. I feel like an expert even though I know I am far from that.

Autumne walked me thru all of the potential causes of this pain. Turns out it, an ankle injury from adolescence that was never properly rehabbed was the root cause. Autumne is a great listener and watches you like a hawk to ensure you're doing the movements correctly and without pain. Towards the end of my treatment, I twisted that same ankle and Autumne was quick to investigate and treat this reoccurring injury. I am so much stronger and my balance has greatly improved. Extremely grateful I was targeted on IG and made my assessment. The facility is beautiful. Brand new and spotless. I will recommend Hyena Rehab to everyone I know. Such a great experience. Thank you Autumne and David!

I tried just about everything... acupuncture, massages, various types of yoga, HIIT classes, even random exercises I found online. Nothing really worked. I even went through Kaiser, but those appointments felt rushed and I left without much direction. Working with Jeff has been a totally different experience. In the very first session he spotted the bad habits and compensation patterns I didn't even realize I had. The exercises he gave me at first looked easy, but they hit the exact problem I had been chasing for years. As I got stronger he added harder ones, and within a few sessions I could already feel the difference. The best part is he built a plan that is tailored to me and my goal of training for the LA Marathon. Now I feel stronger, more stable, and I actually understand how my body should move. After years of frustration I'm finally enjoying running again. I'm really thankful for the help and highly recommend Jeff to anyone who feels stuck like I was.

Over multiple years and several thousands of dollars spent at Dang PT, I'm updating my review. I…read moredid not receive the quality of care or customer service I would expect from a high-end physical therapy establishment and would not recommend it. The first package I purchased at Dang PT working with Dean was great and I didn't experience any customer service issues. Towards the end of my time with Dean, I experienced an injury that prompted me to seek orthopedic care again. My doctor recommended a different PT establishment, where I received care for several months. After I completed my package there, I returned to Dang PT. This was when I started experiencing customer service and quality of care issues. My first unsavory experience was when I bought my second PT package. They showed me the wrong price sheet. I selected a 14-session package @ $190/session and paid $500 towards the expected $2,660 cost. Later, I received a charge of $1,508 and contacted them via text to clarify the price breakdown. I do not know which employee was responding via this line, so I'm referring to the responder as they/them. They told me the 14-session package should actually be $2,739.80. Thankfully, I had a timestamped photo of the incorrect price sheet. Eventually, they agreed to honor the price I was shown, but it was unsavory that I had to resolve a mistake made on their end. After this incident, it felt like they held a grudge against me. For instance, I had trouble using the parking code they provided for the adjacent lot and texted them for help. I didn't get an answer, and when I followed up, they said they're a small business and can't really control parking. I understand they don't own the machines or lot, but their response didn't address my question and made it sound like I was unreasonable for asking for help. I'm not sure how being a small business exempts them from providing customer service or answering questions. Another unsavory experience was when I emailed my PT and never received a response. I reached out to Dang PT via text on 12/28/2025 to ask how I could contact my PT directly because I did not know who I was communicating with on the text line. They provided my PT's email. I emailed my PT on 12/30/2025 for clarification on my exercises and to provide feedback on my sessions, and they never responded. I verified several times that I had entered the email exactly as provided. I continued to see my therapist well into 2026 and never received a response, nor was my feedback taken into account. After this, my customer service experience had become so unsavory that it made me anxious to raise concerns again. Even when I had tried to ask questions and provide feedback, nothing changed. I was also locked into a package, so it felt futile to mention anything more. Essentially, I had to eat the cost of the remainder of my package despite the subpar care and customer service because I did not feel I could ask questions or get meaningful support. I continued my care with my PT, but ultimately requested to cancel the rest of my package due to a private matter, which I disclosed to them. I had used 12/14 sessions. At about 7:45 PM, I asked if they could cancel the remainder by adjusting my 12 completed visits to the 10-session package rate of $195/session. This would have been a $60 charge to me. Around 10 PM, they instead proposed adjusting the 12 visits to a 10-session package at $195/session, then charging the last 2 as individual visits at $250/session. They asked me to confirm so they could process it. I planned to respond the next morning, but before 7 AM they texted me that my refund had been processed. My partner and I found it very odd that they processed the refund before I could respond, despite asking me to confirm. Ultimately, they charged me double what I had proposed to get out of my package. Given that I have spent several thousands of dollars there, I found it nitpicky that they charged the last two visits at $250 instead of $195 - it almost felt like retaliation. However, I am happy to pay their proposed fee to not have to step foot in their establishment again. Overall, there are plenty of high-end physical therapy establishments in Los Angeles, and Dang PT does not meet the mark. I'm not sure why the decline in quality of care and customer service happened, but I saw it and so did my partner. I felt excluded from the "highest quality of care" they advertise on their website and the "relaxed, welcoming" environment they describe on their Instagram. I thank Dang PT for the contributions they made to my mobility, but ultimately, I'm disappointed in my experience here. I think this establishment has a lot of potential. They have knowledgeable physical therapists who can support clients with pain, recovering from surgery, and more. I hope they take this feedback and improve how they interact with their clients.

Every single person seeing them has gotten stronger, fixed their injury and enjoyed their time. Fast forward to reactivating a knee injury. I knew who to trust-who would not just rehab the injury but also make me a stronger and better athlete. I cannot thank Dr Denise and the whole crew. And as much as I complain about the hard work, I also love it. Thank you guys.

Over the better part of a year, Debbie worked with me to strengthen my core and get my hip to a place where I could not only walk but go up and down stairs and even jog a tiny bit. She was patient, helpful, methodical, precise, and really fun to work with as well! I looked forward to every session. I can't say enough good things about Axis PT. I went from very little mobility with bad posture and no core strength to speak of, to walking quickly and upright, all because of Debbie's expert care. I highly recommend her and Axis PT if you want to get expert care and get the job done. It has taken a lot of time but it's paid off and I left my last session today feeling about 95% better than when I started. Thank you Debbie and Axis! The Graston therapy itself was definitely intense--there were moments I was making some pretty funny pain faces! But BossB was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything throughout the session, so I knew I was in good hands. The real test came the next day during my 44.48-mile ride. I immediately noticed that my pedal strokes felt smoother and more fluid. The patellar pain I usually experience when putting down torque on climbs was noticeably gone during that ride. Even better, my hips, knees, calves, and all the way down to my ankles felt looser and more mobile. I finished the ride feeling a level of relief I honestly wasn't expecting. This is simply my personal experience, but for me, the difference was significant. If you're an athlete, cyclist, runner, or anyone dealing with tight muscles and limited mobility, I highly recommend giving BossB and Graston therapy a try. Thank you, BossB, for helping me move better and ride with more confidence. Looking forward to my next session!

In fact, he's done is job and beyond. Ryan, Dana, & Sean are nothing short of amazing people. Physiotherapy Associates only has a name to me because of these three. The other two reviews are still true. But here's the thing... if you need 3 friends, make up that something hurts and get a prescription to go to physical therapy (make sure he's on your insurance). This isn't supposed to be a selling point at physical therapy, but all three, especially Ryan, are great psycho therapists too! Tell them all your problems. Jeff and Shawn were generous with their time and very helpful with their explanations of each exercise, telling me the purpose of each exercise and answering my questions about proper form and execution of each one. Yes, as has been mentioned the office is small, but the care given easily offsets that minor issue. After all, it's not a hospital, it's a physical therapy space.
