Be very careful of this shop the have an all sales final policy, one that they do not inform you of at the time of sale, or advertise in store (as far as I could see) anyway.
Make sure you know everything about your equipment going in as being unclear can result in your dropping $60-$70 on an item you cannot use and cannot return , (even if unused) store credit if your "lucky" though after getting bent over on the initial sale, store credit is really not all that appealing.
Some of the staff are quick to assert you as the customer and a noob are responsible for purchasing items that do not work with your gear, in this shop the customer in not always right and they will make you fully aware of this both abruptly and publicly.
They sell coils as "each" so for instance if you're looking to purchase coils for a breeze aspire 2 its $7 for each individual coil, while everywhere else sells them $7 for a 5 pack.
The prices overall are high. Often paying for one item what you could purchase 3 of online or in castlegar
Parking is a major pain, expect to circle the block several times in order to get a parking space or parking 4 blocks away and walking.
My overall experience in this shop was horrible from day one and only ever go here if I'm in a pinch and cannot make my purchases online or in castlegar. While the store is large and well stocked, there's little room for clients with the ego of the staff taking up most of the free space.
