I dropped it off with them and they replaced the screen. After getting my phone back, I realized that the face recognition and portrait mode on the camera wasn't working so I took it back in to them and was told it was the replacement screen being defective and that they would order a new one. The second screen was put in and face recognition/portrait mode still didn't work. They then told me it must be the camera and ordered a new one. Sure enough, the new camera was put in and it still didn't work They then told me that they must have damaged my phone when replacing the screen the first time and nothing could be done about it. I now have a phone that is broken and they weren't willing to offer me any kind of compensation! They are horrible people to deal with and I don't suggest anyone trust them with their devices!

Sign says the store is partners with electronics retailer memory express* Circuit City left this store, pro because you don't have to go to this store. Cons. The staff I've dealt with has absolutely 0 knowledge about computers or basic computer components. I've had staff tell me they have never heard of thermal paste or sata cables. Imagine a mechanic shop not knowing what oil was or what a rear view mirror does. THIS IS NOT A JOKE -- the year is 2014 they are currently selling nba 2004 for 60 bucks... actually. Ill add a picture. Steam has nba 2k14 for 6. They also have nhl 2005, Pentium 4 hardware and other extremely dated products. They claim they have partnered with memory express and therefore you can get free shipping directly to the store. There is nothing about this on the memory express website. Instead they ask you to come in and tell them what you would like and they will order it for you. As if the guy who doesn't know what thermal paste is can be trusted to order highly specific and expensive parts. Not only that they only do your order on Wednesday. I do it myself whenever I want for $9 next say purolator shipping. Speaking of purolator, if you miss the delivery purolator takes your shipment to this store and you have to deal with the guy who claims your package did not arrive after calling you to tell you that your package arrived. 0/100 I truly hope memory express pulls their partnership.
