Really disappointed. I enrolled my dog online for training, received an automatic email shortly after stating I'd receive a phone call the next day to discuss what training would be best & where to go from there. The phone call never came. After waiting over a week, I phoned Urban Dog Training to ask what happened. The receptionist was rude, said nobody was available to speak to me, seemed uninterested and unwilling to provide an estimated time as to when I'd receive a call. Eventually, she said I should get a call around lunch time. Perfect for me, as I'd be out of uni classes by then. Several hours later however, is when my call was returned. Spoke to a trainer who seemed very eager to get the call over with as soon as possible as he spoke very fast and kept trying to wrap up the conversation. He said he would email the requested information to me that night and once I receive this email, I will be able to enrol my dog in a specified course. One week later, and I have still not received this email. I chose Urban because they're supposed to be the best and have heard great things. Which is why I'm extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) I have received so far. As the only experience I've received from office staff has been one of uninterested rudeness with a desire to end a phone call as soon as it's made, I felt a complaint made to them personally would go nowhere. As such, I sadly felt I had no choice but to post an unsatisfied review. I'm truly surprised, disappointed and saddened at this experience.
