Great bud tenders!!!!! Love the new specials! Thank you for being so educated with the strains. read more

Wow what can i say?? This dispensary was very clean, all of the products were displayed well so you could really get a chance to look at the products that are in stock!! Staff was very patient and professional in explaining the monthly deals, definitely ask for Michael to get you served right!! read more

Very rarely do I right reviews... but I'd like everyone who reads this to know that this might be the worst dispensary in the state! I was in a pinch and couldn't get to my go to spot. Tried emerald fields because they are less then a quarter mile from my house. I settled on an eighth of "mid shelf"flower, for 39$ pre tax just to have something for the night. It rang out over 50$ after tax for some bud that smelled 6 months to a year old. Only to get a coupon for 30% off my next order... lol I'll never be back to use that coupon. You might want to issue that coupon to first time buyers as they try to choke down the price of your bud. These prices and bud quality are just laughable. read more

Starbuds is a very quality dispo with great products! Bud Tender Alex was extremely knowledgable & helpful during our experience visiting from Maui. I would highly recommended stopping here! read more

Don't know what the weed is like, I never received my delivery or any updates on it. When I called to get updates I had to try more than a few time to get into contact with someone, I even sent an email that I got now reply to. After waiting over an hour and a half I called to cancel my order but somethings wrong with the phone cause someone picked up and all I heard was background conversations. Would not recommend using the delivery service at all read more

Always the best service and best products - I always enjoy coming here and getting helped out.

The guys working the shop were so great! They were super knowledgeable and helped my friend get exactly what she needed.

The people at Urban Dispensary are The Jam! This may well be the last Urban Dispensary Review. Changing ownership soon. While that's sad, it's always been about the people and because my friends at Urban Dispensary will ALWAYS be my friends I'll use this space to say THANK YOU! Thanks for your friendship during some weird assed times. Thanks for the smiles on the hard days and the laughs on the great ones. You're all SPECIAL and I'll miss you. Wayne read more

Four stars yes, and I don't just hand out four stars. In my opinion there one of the few dispensaries that are in business for patients not necessarily for profit located on 38th ave and clay st near the highland right next to the cuban coffee shop. There customer service and attention to detail are very good. The quality of there medicine can rival anyone in Denver or the world. The selection is almost always 20 jars deep of High quality medicine. They have a great selection of edibles and drinks and icecream . Every week is fresh fire Friday with a new strain introduced, that's 52 a year,WOW. They also put a movie night on at the Oriental Theatre every couple weeks (redcard friendly) open to all people 21 and over. There staff listen to criticism and compliments with equal enthusiasm. If your looking for good medicine and knowledgeable staff not just trying to sell you weed but great medicine then this is the place. If your the first customer of the the day you get a free prerolled joint (if you beat me there, hahaha). Tell them Willie B ( not the guy on the radio) sent you they'll know. And no I don't work there just a fan, enjoy. read more

Tanner and Clay did a great job helping me today! They got me the right product that I wanted

Clay and Mike hooked it up and were super chill and knowledgeable. been coming here for a while and gonna keep coming back.

Clay was super helpful today, always an enjoyable experience stopping by the shop! Thanks again!

Wasn't even at their place or even on their property and some of their staff was harassing me across the street calling me derogatory names and on top of that, they called the cops and had the cops go to my place of employment. I could shop there, but I rather not, lol read more

Great prices great customer service great product only place to buy from if you're in north denver

Writing this with mixed feelings because I've been a loyal neighborhood customer since they opened, but the quality of their flower has plummeted in the last year. The hard negative reviews of Urban which I have seen here read like industrial sabotage (ie; fake negative reviews from competitor's employees, often without the employer's knowledge) because in all the years I've been shopping there, I have never experienced rude or unhelpful personnel. I have no complaints about the non-house-brand stuff they carry, it's a decent selection at reasonable prices. I used to have no complaints about their flower and cones either, but now... For the past six or eight months - long before the CV-19 impact, most of the flower in stock has been larfy stems and twigs, and the nugs with any density and firmness are popcorn. I've received decent sized, dense, properly dried bud perhaps 2X out of my last 10 purchases of flower, so I mostly don't buy flower here any more. Drying is inconsistent and curing? "what is curing, lol". They clearly have production problems. Half the cones I buy cannot be smoked. They're so badly rolled, or so packed with keif and bottom-of-the-jar sweepings, that they don't draw. I have to empty them and smoke the contents in a pipe. About the only reason I keep coming here is the reasonable prices and close location. Plenty of places - one even right across the street - with higher quality, but at higher prices. You get what you pay for, and Urban is a compromise shop; if you wan't to compromise, spend more somewhere else. read more

Another update after getting the perfect concentrate for what I needed. Trent and crew run a great shop and are a pleasure to deal with. Their strains are great and the quality is evident in everything from the cure to the moisture content. read more

Overpriced mediocre selection, staff is impersonable. This felt more like going to a gas station than a cannabis dispensary.

Came for my first time. Two ladies at the counter were very snotty and totally worthless. They must hire anybody to work there without any kind of knowledge on the strains. Prices are not that special , got three pre rolls for 24 and the highest thc was only 24 percent. I will not be coming back. If you need a good dispensary try kaya great prices and staff! read more

Such a shame what has happened to this place. I have been going to Urban for over 3 years because of the great staff and pricing but after going for the first time since new management took over I can no longer give them my business. Pricing has more than doubled and the quality of the flower doesn't even remotely justify that increase. Save yourself some money and keep driving up the road, there are still some good places nearby. read more

Best dispensary in town and even better staff. I appreciate the quick service, consistent quality and price.

I love coming here. The staff is great, the prices are great, and the meds are great!! I will recommend all my friends!!

Came all the way here, only to not be allowed in by some kid with disc earrings and a flatbill because I have a vertical driver's license. Not sure I've ever been more offended in my entire life. read more

Horrible customer service. Employees. So rude and dumb. One girl can't count change back but when u complain then it's your fault. Will video tape your actions. Geez Patrick, This place was good 10 years ago. Sucks now and I'll never ever return Not to deal with that biotch that works there. I will also notify my clients of your services and to not go there. Was treated so rudely. Your weed has seeds and is premature. Have fun. I hope u go out of business read more

The staff was nice and welcoming. I had a coupon from the air B&B i was staying and it was honored which was kool. Many stains i never had at a decent price! read more

Been going here for awhile for concentrates. Used to be that the wax and shatter for 25$ a gram was what was shown in the case and was always a decent product. But recently I've gotten crap. They show you great product in the display but you get it home and loose a good portion of your product to being stuck on the paper and it NeVeR looks the same as the display. Was a customer who dropped a good chunk of cash every visit but due to the last couple times product being garbage I won't be back. read more

They constantly have problems with their front staff and IDS Place is a joke run by an owner who is never there. Dont go there. The joint and buddy boy are right down the street and never have issues with ids. So is giving tree but its way overpriced. read more

Just had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely make another stop here soon.

Good selection and nice people. Only issue was the guy helping with my order was obviously high and forgot to ring up the gummies I wanted.

Some of the best marijuana I've gotten in CO, hands down. They don't always have that many strains to choose from, but you're not going to be disappointed with whatever is it they have left. I do think it's pricey, but they give you free stuff regularly and the staff is friendly. read more

I like the flower they grow and they have new strains on a weekly basis it seems. There is always bud that's on special at 8 bucks a gram. I visit almost on a daily basis. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the different products and they been killin it for quite awhile in my book. read more

Maybe I don't go to enough dispensaries to really compare. They had a bunch of edibles and drink and such. Not many strains IMO. What they did have was decent nothing really stood out. I don't really smoke any byproducts so I was only interested in their flower. Got 2 pre rolled joints and when I got home to smoke one about 1/4 of the weed had fallen out. The other one was fine. Staff was nice. Cute girls knew their bizns. 3 sounds harsh but I'd give them a 3.5 read more

Great Nugg!!! Huge edible selection including any and all Cheeba chew products!!! Fully stocked and ready for you to take home today!

Great prices, great staff and always super helpful and nice! Consistent kind buds!!!

Quality bud. Quality Hash. Quality Edibles. Look no further, unless you want the cheapest deals in town.

This place is awesome! The staff was so friendly and helpful! She explained everything for us! I loved it!

I have been a long time customer here. I am a medical customer. I get the same thing every time I go. Recently only one employee charges me $30 more than any other employee does. When I question it she gets defensive and refuses to answer my questions. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the manager or even the owner and she refuses to contact them. It's a shame how one employee can hurt the entire business. There are no prices listed anywhere that you can see so I am assuming she changes the prices for everyone. This used to be my favorite place to go. I am now going to The Clinic, at least their prices never change and their employees are actually nice and helpful. read more

The staff is friendly and the selection is awesome. Plus if you wear their super awesome shirt on Saturdays you get a free J.

I have shopped at many places and so far their product stands above the rest. The nugs are dense, great smell, and show that they have a quality grower and do a decent job processing. My only complaint would be the pricing, as it is higher than the surrounding stores. Would frequent more if they offered amazing specials. read more

the only way to explain it is the selections look like photographs from high times. only down side is it goes fast.
