Very rarely do I right reviews... but I'd like everyone who reads this to know that this might be the worst dispensary in the state! I was in a pinch and couldn't get to my go to spot. Tried emerald fields because they are less then a quarter mile from my house. I settled on an eighth of "mid shelf"flower, for 39$ pre tax just to have something for the night. It rang out over 50$ after tax for some bud that smelled 6 months to a year old. Only to get a coupon for 30% off my next order... lol I'll never be back to use that coupon. You might want to issue that coupon to first time buyers as they try to choke down the price of your bud. These prices and bud quality are just laughable. read more

Don't know what the weed is like, I never received my delivery or any updates on it. When I called to get updates I had to try more than a few time to get into contact with someone, I even sent an email that I got now reply to. After waiting over an hour and a half I called to cancel my order but somethings wrong with the phone cause someone picked up and all I heard was background conversations. Four stars yes, and I don't just hand out four stars. In my opinion there one of the few dispensaries that are in business for patients not necessarily for profit located on 38th ave and clay st near the highland right next to the cuban coffee shop. There customer service and attention to detail are very good. The quality of there medicine can rival anyone in Denver or the world. The selection is almost always 20 jars deep of High quality medicine. They have a great selection of edibles and drinks and icecream . Every week is fresh fire Friday with a new strain introduced, that's 52 a year,WOW. They also put a movie night on at the Oriental Theatre every couple weeks (redcard friendly) open to all people 21 and over. There staff listen to criticism and compliments with equal enthusiasm. If your looking for good medicine and knowledgeable staff not just trying to sell you weed but great medicine then this is the place.If your the first customer of the the day you get a free prerolled joint (if you beat me there,hahaha). Writing this with mixed feelings because I've been a loyal neighborhood customer since they opened, but the quality of their flower has plummeted in the last year. The hard negative reviews of Urban which I have seen here read like industrial sabotage (ie; fake negative reviews from competitor's employees, often without the employer's knowledge) because in all the years I've been shopping there, I have never experienced rude or unhelpful personnel. I have no complaints about the non-house-brand stuff they carry, it's a decent selection at reasonable prices. I used to have no complaints about their flower and cones either, but now... For the past six or eight months - long before the CV-19 impact, most of the flower in stock has been larfy stems and twigs, and the nugs with any density and firmness are popcorn. I've received decent sized, dense, properly dried bud perhaps 2X out of my last 10 purchases of flower, so I mostly don't buy flower here any more. Drying is inconsistent and curing? "what is curing, lol". They clearly have production problems. Half the cones I buy cannot be smoked. They're so badly rolled, or so packed with keif and bottom-of-the-jar sweepings, that they don't draw. I have to empty them and smoke the contents in a pipe. About the only reason I keep coming here is the reasonable prices and close location. Plenty of places - one even right across the street - with higher quality, but at higher prices. You get what you pay for, and Urban is a compromise shop; if you wan't to compromise, spend more somewhere else. read more

Such a shame what has happened to this place. I have been going to Urban for over 3 years because of the great staff and pricing but after going for the first time since new management took over I can no longer give them my business. Pricing has more than doubled and the quality of the flower doesn't even remotely justify that increase. Save yourself some money and keep driving up the road, there are still some good places nearby. read more

Came for my first time. Two ladies at the counter were very snotty and totally worthless. They must hire anybody to work there without any kind of knowledge on the strains. Prices are not that special , got three pre rolls for 24 and the highest thc was only 24 percent. I will not be coming back. If you need a good dispensary try kaya great prices and staff! read more

Been going here for awhile for concentrates. Used to be that the wax and shatter for 25$ a gram was what was shown in the case and was always a decent product. But recently I've gotten crap. They show you great product in the display but you get it home and loose a good portion of your product to being stuck on the paper and it NeVeR looks the same as the display. Was a customer who dropped a good chunk of cash every visit but due to the last couple times product being garbage I won't be back. read more

They constantly have problems with their front staff and IDS Place is a joke run by an owner who is never there. Dont go there. The joint and buddy boy are right down the street and never have issues with ids. So is giving tree but its way overpriced. read more

Some of the best marijuana I've gotten in CO, hands down. They don't always have that many strains to choose from, but you're not going to be disappointed with whatever is it they have left. I do think it's pricey, but they give you free stuff regularly and the staff is friendly. read more

Maybe I don't go to enough dispensaries to really compare. They had a bunch of edibles and drink and such. Not many strains IMO. What they did have was decent nothing really stood out. I don't really smoke any byproducts so I was only interested in their flower. Got 2 pre rolled joints and when I got home to smoke one about 1/4 of the weed had fallen out. The other one was fine. Staff was nice. Cute girls knew their bizns. 3 sounds harsh but I'd give them a 3.5 read more

I have been a long time customer here. I am a medical customer. I get the same thing every time I go. Recently only one employee charges me $30 more than any other employee does. When I question it she gets defensive and refuses to answer my questions. I have repeatedly asked to speak to the manager or even the owner and she refuses to contact them. It's a shame how one employee can hurt the entire business. There are no prices listed anywhere that you can see so I am assuming she changes the prices for everyone. This used to be my favorite place to go. I am now going to The Clinic, at least their prices never change and their employees are actually nice and helpful. read more

I have shopped at many places and so far their product stands above the rest. The nugs are dense, great smell, and show that they have a quality grower and do a decent job processing.
