Acted like he was doing me this huge favor. Did not honor what his employee had said he would do. Second time I spoke with him he told me." well I told you to send that to me." but he never had so obviously he is mixing up phone calls in his head. He cannot send you a document to sign through email. You will have to print it, scan it and email it back. He has no computer skills . Even though I don't have a printer, I figured I could scribble something in a text box on PDF. I told him I would figure it out. I was starting to get very concerned that he will take my money and run. So I politely asked how far it's going to be for him to drive and he said one hour so I said would you rather I just call somebody closer to Castle rock?
