If you like working out while dodging a herd of burpeeing CH moms and ownership unconcerned that longtime patrons are being rudely displaced, you've found your workout home. (Plus they've added a bunch of businesses within their space though original variance was for one business- altogether this means there is no parking for blocks for local residents and patrons). Located on the side of Cedarbrook Plaza shopping center it was previously LA Fitness, that moved to Greenleaf at Cheltenham Shopping Center. There is lots of free parking. They must of gutted the whole place, cause it's brand spankin new! I'm a picture taker, but didn't want to look like a stalker taking pictures of everything. People might think I'm taking their picture while working out :/ but I managed to get a few shots of the gym :) I didn't ask management to help me figure out the equipment, just did the best I could, even though they were very nice and friendly. Lots of ellipticals, treadmills, weights, bikes. abd & stretch etc... Haven't tried it yet, but they have hydromassage rooms for those sore spots. Also beautiful new shower stalls and bathrooms. Everything was nice and clean! I am really impressed with this gym! For the price, you can't beat it!

An Alert + Advisory to Potential PF Members…read more I am a club member w/ Germantown as my 'home location'. This site requires the application of the product below to each machine after each use by the member. This product is toxic with an array of negative health risks. The spray goes into the breathing air, it is hazardous unless applied with gloves, and the product has zero anti-bacterial effect unless applied and allowed to dry. It is 100% an industrial, institutional cleaner for once-a-day use by cleaning professionals wearing protective gloves. There are more issues here than can be enumerated from a health risk perspective. In trying to solve one potential health risk, the club has created a much greater health risk. Additionally, this product is proven to be entirely ineffective unless certain conditions of use exist, and they do not in a gym environment. I should not be required to apply/use a toxic cleaning agent as a club user, nor should I have to breathe toxic vapors from all spray bottles and misting effect. If the objective is sweat removal, a simple terry cloth does the trick. Using toxic industrial cleaner, and having to apply it with bare hands is unthinkable...just not a thoughtful approach. I have asked local management about this and the response was curt and perfunctory. Members come to PF to get healthy and remain healthy and the required use of toxic cleaning agents is 100% contrary to this objective. I would like to see an actual commitment to address this matter. The women's restroom has always been a pigsty, dance hall is always full of dust bunnies, and no disinfectant wipes ever since I started coming. It wasn't till recently that a young lady named Shannon has changed around the women's restroom is always spot on and so it the dance hall. Shavon is not only such a pleasure to see and such a hard worker. Whatever she gets paid she needs double. Thanks again for the new addition from a paying active member.
