Alll the onew I've bought have thrived and grown a lot better than the DIY shop ones. nice cafe too. From November on they have an amazing selection of christmas decorations on display. My children love to go and see them, it's a real winter wonderland and they vary in price. After Christmas they discount them hugely, but you have to be quick as they sell really, really fast. They also sell lots of different gifts for the gardener in you life.

However, I've never felt rushed and the staff have always been very helpful. The prices vary, depending on the fragrance and the gift sets - but it's rather close to superdrug which does tend to be cheaper. I am fully aware this is our problem and not Altons however I wanted to enquire to see if they have a warranty with their supplier as it would appear that there my have been a flaw in the acrylic due to the manner in which it shattered. Sadly we always use Altons for our garden in spring and summer and of course the great selection of Christmas decorations but as the owner Derek was so rude and reduced me to tears I will never go there again a truly disgraceful way to speak to any customer. I will be advising all my friends and family to go else where!!!
