When you enter you walk into their store which offers both clothing and spirits. We came on country music line dancing night, which we didn't join. They have a large bar with local beers. Let's get down to the moonshine cocktails, they are delicious. I had the skook drink and my wife had the apple pie cocktail. They were both tasty although mine was basically a "don't order two because you are over the limit". As for the food, a person from the kitchen brought out a new salsa they were taste testing and it was good. It's probably out now. We ordered burgers and it was a wait to get them, around 25 minutes. The burgers and tots were obviously cooked in one of those convection ovens. The food had some fresh ingredients ie. the mozzarella, but it could be better. I saw that they cut down their menu from their website which was a wise idea. They just need to crush the items they have. We ordered the nachos as and appetizer and the chips are made in house. The bad part is that they aren't cooked long enough. As for the shine, it's amazing and they have many cocktails to suit everyone's palate. If your not a liquor drinker they have a small selection of local beers and your basic sodas.

Yelp didn't reveal a mecca of modern food or advanced gastronomy nearby either. But Millie's called to us, desperately, like a lonely emo girl tucked away in your grandfather's retirement home. Street parking nearby, we scurried through the drizzling rain into it's large dining and pool hall. Dark and tacky, I appreciated how honest it was. The long bar ran the entire front of the restaurant. It made no effort to dress up the thin and simple tables or stack-able city hall chairs. The juke box barely worked and only after the host coaxed it to accept out dollar bills. The other patrons were content with surfing the internet while the box television hummed behind the bar with the local news. But we were there for laughs and drinks. The host wasn't snobby or especially coarse. What he was was excited and proud about his food and spirits. And he wasn't afraid to show it off. The bar fare is ok and the burger, cheese fries, and wings polished some late night tummy rumblings. I ordered the deep friend peanut butter sandwich ala mode because it was a star attraction. Decent, it shot for gold but only managed a bronze. Unperturbed, the host started crafting drinks. He didn't use a series of bitters. He didn't fresh squeeze apples or exotic pears. He didn't clap release the aroma from fresh plucked Argentinian mint leaves. But damn he made some tasty drinks. Using rudimentary mixes, flavored whipped cream, and a desire to please, every one of his drinks was satisfying, fairly innovative, and deviously alcoholic. The presentation wasn't the greatest, the technique a little... blunt...., but his excitement for his creations motivated us to try more. That is why I want to go back. That is why I want to give him a blank check and willing gullet. And that is why I am a fan. It isn't the best I've had and the digs are a little rough but it's got potential and moxie. And I want more.

It's a tiny town bar, in a tiny town so...ya never know how that will work out. The service was pretty good, it was a little busy when we got there but, they managed to squeeze us in. We were relegated to the "upstairs" which definitely was "under construction" but considering the fact that we showed up with no knowledge that a reservation would have been more helpful...it was all good. They sat us pretty quickly so...no biggie! The food...THE FOOD! The first that came out were "pork bites"...WTH?! They were AMAZING! We all agreed that if the rest of the food was like that...it would not disappoint. We got our drinks...I am into the whole IPA thing, and there was a respectable offering...I tried the New Trail Disc Golf...GLAD I did because THAT'S going on my list! The main meals were REALLY good. I had the Black and Blue burger (GET IT!) along with others who all agreed it was very good. My 17 year old son had The Flight burger with fries. He said it was really good, and seriously could only finish half! If you are within an hour drive of this place, and you just want to try something different...GO!...JUST...GO!!!

Basically mini crab cake balls, deep fried and served with a side of the house cajun ranch. It was a great size for sharing, but I could have easily put down 2 orders of these. They were moist inside, perfectly fried, and the ranch had a nice flavor without being too hot. For my main I ordered their Maine Lobster Roll. Fresh cold lobster mixed with mayo and celery salt and comes with a lemon wedge on the side. I've had some really good rolls while visiting New England and this roll stood up to the others. Generous lobster portions, and the perfect ratio of mayo without making the sandwich soggy. It was delicious and hit my craving. At the Port, the outdoor seating is where it's at. A fully enclosed patio, fans, and a full service bar. Inside, they have a fully stocked beer wall with loads of beers on tap to try. The down sides here are that it is in a residential neighborhood with on street parking. Get ready to drive around looking for a spot and be prepared to walk. The Port is currently rated a 9.1 on my Beli and is worth a stop whether you're looking for some good beer or delicious pub food.
