Outside, there were people walking dogs, playing with dogs, and I could see dogs going in and out of their kennels. Each kennel has a a climate controlled indoor space, and a door to the outside, which the dogs can use whenever they choose. I was very encouraged as this was my first time using this kennel. The staff was friendly, and my dog was eager to enter. The price was reasonable compared to other kennels in the area. I paid extra for one walk per day for the dog. They require you to bring your own food and any treats. They encourage you to bring any of your dog toys so that they feel comfortable while they're there. They provide a good bed. When I left, I felt secure in that he would be well cared for while I was gone for a week. When we picked him up, they reported on his stay and how he did, including how he ate and drank while he was there. I appreciate that. In the past, at other places, I have never heard a thing about how he did during his stay. I would definitely recommend this kennel.
