My 16-year-old daughter and I visited for the first time during their March holiday sale - all shorts were buy one get one free. She found 2 pairs she really liked and I found 2 really nice athletic skirts and a pair of overalls. Everything is extremely well organized by item type, size AND color. Items are recent styles and many name brands, which determine the price. I'd say to expect about double what you might at a thrift store, but the condition, style, and selection are significantly better. I took away one star only because I did find a few items on the racks with damage that may have been overlooked, but all in all most items were in very nice condition. They have 4 dressing rooms to try clothes on, which is nice. I didn't interact with the staff while shopping, but check out was fine. It seems to me that most people leaving 1 star reviews are just salty because of their selling experience. The service is usually good. The selection isn't bad, they can carry a lot of good items. I often find a lot of t-shirts here. Ive found brands like Vlone, Billionaire Boys Club, Icecream, Comme Des Garcon Play and more. The prices aren't crazy overpriced on everything. Some things are marked up higher of course. Theres also some items that have been in the store for like a year maybe more. don't like driving on woodruff road so the location isn't my favorite but overall it's a good store. read more

These people here are the rudest individuals I have ever met. I have never sold clothes before. I called before I went to the store so I would understand the process. When I got there the manager said they couldn't take any of my stuff because they were in trash bags. I informed her that they were all shoes. She was beyond rude. As I left the store she discriminated against me based on my age and I have it fully recorded. All reviews that are 1 star are exactly how they treat people. It was my first time ever in the store with my daughter and she was bring her clothes in for donations, when she walked in to retrieve the clothes they didnt take and her money she heard this blonde buzz cut shaved man, that her clothes were all a bore and broke her bins top on it. I was checking out and told my friend to get mine and I'll pay her back so she can get my points - as I'm out of town visiting I don't have a number. The worker RUDELY glared and rolled her eyes, threw my stuff in a separate bag and as we were leaving we said thank you have a good day she said nothing but made a rude face and rolled her eyes. For this job I'd never expect this type of behavior it was so embarrassing! I made it clear to her that I'm aware she's angry as I walked out. Hope i never have her check me out again. Upsetting. Love it!! They have some really great finds and for great prices. The items are in style and in great condition (a lot of brand new stuff too). They are picky and carry quality brands like J. Crew, Levi's, Coach, Nike, etc. so you know your things will last. They also do markdowns and have a loyalty program. Great location, plenty of parking, and nice setup with room to shop. The staff is nice and let you shop in peace. The only downside for me is that they close at 8 instead of 9 but that's the consumerism getting the best of me I highly recommend!! read more

This is a used clothing consignment store. First impression is that it's clean and organized. I didn't find anything I liked in tops as most of what they had was for younger women (a lot of crop tops and tees), probably closer to the likes of Plato's Closet. They have purses, and also have men's clothing. I was left alone to browse, so didn't interact with anyone there. The selection is good for what the have, and neatly displayed. They didn't take many of my clothes ,so I took them back but when I got home I found that they took several good items without offering to buy. I guess if you tell them they can donate the unwanted items, the staff can go through and take what they want. Not a good way to consign. read more

Pretty disappointed in this place. I went there twice to try to sell some clothes, and the first time I was told that I can't have anything in plastic bags because it "wrinkles them". Which all of my clothes were carefully folded and put into the bag. Zero thought of "I'm sorry I can't help, but our policy is..." No big deal, I'd come back. I checked their site today to see when they had their buying hours which I knew were different on Sundays. It says on their site for the Greenville location, they buy between noon and 4 PM. So I drove 20 minutes over there(again) with all my clothes folded in a box and walked in and before I could get 5 feet into the building, I was told from across the room "we don't buy on Sundays sorry". I thought to myself, maybe I got it wrong. I make mistakes everyday. So I went back to my truck and looked at the site again on my phone. Sure enough, it says between noon and four. So I went back into the store and showed it to the three girls behind the counter uninterested in helping me. They said "no it says on there we don't purchase on Sundays", trying again to correct me, with zero desire to help me. I looked at it again to make sure for the fourth time I wasn't seeing things, and then showed it to them that it was the correct address and the correct time and that it clearly stated that they bought between noon and 4 PM. So they said, "oh, OK we will let the owner know to change it." There was zero chance they were helping me today. I have bad customer service experience all the time, but twice going into the same store having the same experience of zero remorse over not being able to help me or desire to help me, is as I said in my first sentence, pretty disappointing. I'm sure they will get business, but don't expect any actual customer service. read more

Don't go here! They are rude ! If you buy items that are new with tag they don't tell you that it is final sale. They won't let you return it or even give you store credit. Stealing your money with tiny words on bottom of receipt. Even if you look at it after you buy it won't matter, it's too late then. They need to tell you when you check out!
