I will likely go back for a special occasion (like if I need a swimsuit for my honeymoon or a beach photoshoot) but the prices were a bit high for me. I couldn't fathom spending $60-$100 on a swimsuit. Again, unless it's a special occasion. So expect to drop a little extra cash here. But the quality of each suit seems well made. My BIGGEST complaint is that not many of the swimsuits offer nipple covers/pads. Ladies, I know you feel me on this. It's kind of a "must" if you plan on looking halfway decent getting out of water in a wet bathing suit. There are other things to shop for here as well besides suits and covers. Little Knick knacks that pull you into the place. All very cute and would make a safe birthday present or bridal shower gift. But it's definitely a "special occasion" store in my opinion :)

My niece and I walked in at 5:30 p.m., with the store scheduled to close at 6:00 p.m. I completely understand that employees have schedules and that businesses need to close on time. We also understood that we were arriving only 30 minutes before closing and had no expectation of receiving an hour-long shopping experience. However, the young lady at the front counter made us feel as though our arrival 30 minutes before closing was an inconvenience. More time was spent explaining how close it was to closing than simply allowing us to begin looking for what we needed. In my opinion, that time could have been better spent helping us. Once we got past that initial interaction, the experience changed completely. The two ladies who assisted my niece and me were very pleasant, helpful, and professional. My individual fitting and purchase took less than 10 minutes, while my niece took a few minutes longer because she was looking for something specific. We ultimately walked out of the store at approximately 6:03 p.m. having spent over $300. This was an emergency stop for us. We could have easily gone to Dillard's, Soma, or Victoria's Secret, but we specifically chose to give Breakout Bras our business. We were unable to arrive earlier that day through circumstances that were no fault of the store, but we came in knowing what we needed and fully intended to respect the 6:00 p.m. closing time. I would encourage management to place greater emphasis on customer service and making customers feel welcomed, even as closing time approaches. There is a difference between setting appropriate boundaries around closing time and making customers feel unwelcome because they arrived before the posted closing time. I believe employees can communicate, "We close at 6:00, so we'll need to be mindful of the time," while still providing courteous and welcoming service. In our case, we were more than willing to work within that timeframe. The ladies who ultimately assisted us were a positive reflection of the business, and I appreciate their professionalism. My hope is that management will reinforce with the entire team that good customer service should remain a priority until the doors close. Customers remember how they are treated. In this case, we came prepared to spend our money with Breakout Bras, and we did. I hope future customers who walk in shortly before closing are made to feel like valued customers--not like an inconvenience.

I didn't exactly what to tell her I didn't like her present but there are no ST stores around me. So I had to do it online, which was a nightmare!!! The nice person was Michael in their Coconut Point location. He was very kind. But the return experience was brutal. Are you looking to call their customer service? Good luck, because they're only available 9-2 on weekdays - you know, the hours most of us are working. And I called just now and they transferred me to voicemail. Total ineptitude. Oh but the exchange was almost as bad. I had to log onto my mom's account, put my credit card down and now....my credit card is saved under her account. So the next time she buys presents, guess who will be paying? Me! I was also supposed to get various phon callls back.....Michael was the only one who did. They carry the Simply Southern brand among others that were not familiar to me. They had a little of everything from tees to jeans, dresses tops and accessories. If you seek, you will find as I did. I found a really cute navy jumper and a nice winter hat, very reasonably priced. Don't forget to check out the men's department featuring casual clothing and accessories, (like really cute and colorful belts).
