She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was open to communication, worked with me to achieve the perfect color pallet - she even ordered a special color to match the table runners. I sent her a photo and she recreated it! She arrived early - got straight to work with her brilliant colleagues! Just when I thought things couldn't be more perfect with my experience - the wind kicked up. Antonia and her team moved the arch and spent additional time to ensure it was secure and would withstand the wind. She and her team also assisted us as we pivoted moving all the balloon bunches under the tent! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANTONIA AND HER AMAZING TEAM! I will definitely be taking advantage of her top notch services for every event I plan moving forward! Professional, amazing attention to detail, worked within my budget... I went in once around Christmas because I was looking for small gifts for my kids' teachers. When I walked in, the owner and her daughter were making candles for sale. Sometimes I think this shop lacks a wide variety of flowers, but I've always found what I've needed and they are very helpful.

I would recommend this business to any of my friends interested in throwing a party. I planned my…read morehusband a surprise birthday party while I was traveling internationally and Mark was really helpful. He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! Really, what a great experience. My husband had a really great time. Thank you Mark and company!

I have never had such a bad experience getting balloons for a party…read more I had priced 40 balloons to add to centerpieces for my daughter's bridal shower last week. It was a very simple order and I was given a price of $2 per balloon , which equals $80 with a $25 delivery fee. I called back and asked Robert to tie them in 8 bunches of five balloons to make it easier for us and they changed the price drastically and overcharged me $25 for each bunch of 5 balloons plus a delivery fee of $35. It came out to over $250 with tax. I didn't have much choice because I was pressed for time so I accepted the price reluctantly. they were supposed to be delivered to the restaurant which is only a few miles away from their office at 11 am. On the day of the party, it was 1130 am and the balloons still had not been delivered, and I hadn't received any phone call explaining the delay. I called the office and was told they needed to get a driver and would be there in a half hour with no other explanation. My guests were to arrive at 12 PM and this was not acceptable. They arrived at around 12 PM when my guests were arriving as well, which caused some embarrassing confusion as people were walking in the door as we were scampering to put the balloons on the tables. As we were doing this, Robert actually had the audacity to take some of the balloon weights which I had already paid for after we tied them to our centerpieces when I wasn't watching. I've never seen such dishonesty and poor customer service, overcharging and taking advantage of a situation with something that should be relatively simple and fun. Do not use this company. They are a rip off!!!!
