The owner & choreographer Miss India has done AMAZING with my daughter growth. My daughter started off as a Broadway Baby and now she has earned her position on Broadway Competition Team Season 9. As a Broadway Baby Miss India & Miss Dee worked with these young ladies and cared for them as their own. I love the sisterhood that has been formed with all the ladies ranging from 4-18. Miss India believes in hard work, respect, sister hood & good grades. One of the quote my daughter says a lot is " if you miss up you just keep going" my daughter use this quote on a daily. I can see a big change in her confidence and she ALWAYS EXCITED to go to class. This is our 3rd studio and I'm impressed and we are Broadway Parents for life! To add also the communication from MsIndia is AMAZING. The monthly schedule comes out two months at a time and if anything changes which is rare she communicates that as well via email, parents group chat, Broadway App and/or text msg.

I replied promptly with details about her age and what we were looking for, but never received a follow-up response. The next day, I received another message asking if I was still interested, as if my previous response had never been read. When I pointed out that I had already replied, there was still no real effort to resolve the communication issue or provide the information I originally asked for. The lack of communication, organization, and customer service was extremely disappointing. As a parent looking for a welcoming environment for my child, this experience felt unprofessional and frustrating. I hope they improve their responsiveness and overall communication process moving forward.

While other establishments look at their students as just another $ sign, the owners of the Dance Academy value each child as an individual and work hard to help each student reach their fullest potential. In the 9 years that we have been at the studio, this is the first year that tuition has gone up and it was minimal. Very happy at the Dance Academy and looking forward to many more years there!
